Our group, the Vino Voyagers--18 women from Central Florida--had an unforgettable time at Edelweiss Winery. And I absolutely love the name and its meaning! They have several signature cocktails. We tried one that was a caramel apple type of drink that was really good, especially since it is fall and chilly outside. The building is historic and used to be a bank and hardware store years ago. The interior exposed brick walls make this a real charming place to have a drink or grab a quick bite to eat. The menu is somewhat limited. They have a couple of Paninis, flatbreads and one or two choices on different sizes of pizzas. They also have some other sandwiches as well. I got the chipotle chicken Panini and she got a bacon cheddar chicken Panini. Both were good (we always share). The chipotle chicken was topped with tomatoes lettuce and onion and it was a really good sandwich. Both sandwiches only come with potato chips as a side. I wish there was a little more choice than a bag Premade chips. The sandwiches will set you back about $9 each, And the cocktail was 10 bucks. This is a fabulous addition to the downtown area and one more place to get a quick bite. Currently they're open most days of the week until 7 PM. they also have several choices for coffees in the morning.

A group of 8 woo girls who had just paid $80 to enter were trying to convince themselves that they weren't just taken advantage of. they were - we all were. The staff all seemed very depressed or anxious - they all seem ashamed of themselves. the thing I liked most about this place was all the Pro freedom/USA signs mixed in with a bunch of signs very angrily telling you what not to do, what not to be, etc. if you like irony and can have fun in a TRULY crappy place, it is totally worth it to come to this place ONCE but I feel like the average person is just looking for good value and good food and good wine. this place has none of that. so please listen to your trolley drivers - they are NOT lying or embellishing

So we patiently waited and although we kept seeing the hostess checking to see if we were still there none of our order arrived. Finally after 30+ minutes we decided to leave but we stopped at the front counter to ask what happened to our order. They acted clueless and unaware and that is the cause of this review. DO NOT play in my face. Staff knew we there , knew what we ordered but for whatever reason didn't seem to think our order was worth the time to prepare.
