    Parmesan Truffle Fries

Both the restaurant and bar are FANTASTIC the food is incredibly unique and the flavors are high quality which is a great surprise since this is their bar menu. The Permesan fries and cooked and salted very well with a generous amount of parmesan. When returning I will definitely be trying their other types of skewers as their Korean Chicken version has an amazing sauce and very tender. The highlight was their spare ribs, super tender with a mouthful of a flavourful array of spices. I also tried their Bobba Tea inspired cocktail they had on Special "The Crazy Rich Asian" which is refreshing and just the right amount of gin to make it an overall enjoyable drink. I also got their most popular cocktail "The Princess Peach" which is a MUST try for Bobba Tea lovers. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, explaining the entire menu and being of great assistance. I even got to speak to the owner of Majesthé who was a pleasure to speak with. Super friendly, almost as if he was a long-time friend you're catching up with. Overall a great experience and looking forward to come back to try their othermenu items!!

    Three Cup Chicken

(4.5 rounding it to 5) I was here during their soft opening of the bar downstairs from Majesthé. Since it's the soft opening they had a more limited menu of drinks and food. I got one of their signature cocktails (lavendary), three cup chicken rice bowl, a long island iced tea, and their homemade Irish cream shot (complementary during their soft opening if you follow them on Instagram) to top it all off. Starting off with their lavendary cocktail drink, I have to say it was a pleasant surprise. I'm think I'm fairly experimental when it comes to cocktails but I feel like I have my reservations when it comes to cocktails that are more floral based. Lavender tops my list for being a bit pungent and I didn't want to feel like I'm hit in the face with lavender essential oils. However, this was recommended as their most popular drink so I gave it a shot, and I'm really glad I did. It's more complex than I expected. The top notes give you a tea fragrance, then you get a light and refreshing drink with the tiniest hint of lavender that ends of with a bit of a kick. The long island iced tea was alright but I feel it could use a bit more citrus. Their complementary shot is a great dessert shooter to end off a meal. It taste liked coffee liqueur but better. Food wise, the three cup chicken rice bowl was flavourful and very Instagram friendly. It's not a big portion though so I wouldn't expect to be full from it. I think this place is definitely more of a bar with a snack menu, but since they have a restaurant upstairs I think it's convenient to grab dinner upstairs and then come downstairs for drinks and a change of scenery. The downstairs bar is newly renovated so it's really clean. It's not super loud and the lighting and bar area is very modern and sleek. You do get your wooden accents in the seating region with a good variety of more intimate areas as well as seating for larger groups. Service wise, I think you get attention when you want it and need it, and everyone was very chilled and friendly. Overall I think if you're looking for some place that's a bit more innovative with cocktails, this is great option. I can see this being a good 5 à 7 place and I'm excited to see how it'll turn out to be for their grand opening.

    Princess Peach cocktail

I've visited Bar MajesThe several times, and the ambience, service, drinks, and food have been amazing every time. My favorite cocktail is the Princess Peach, which is refreshingly fruity and rummy and infused with the fragrance of green tea. I highly recommend both the karaage and the basil fried chicken--they have distinct flavors but are equally good and moreish, pairing excellently with the cocktails.

We came from out of town. Free gormet huge portion Karage for each person who sign up for membership. $2 shots awesome quality alcohol. But the more important thing is the owner and the server working there. They really gave us special treatment during covid slow hours, and gave us free chicken wings and cake. We really feel like home here. Will 100/10 recommend for anyone who wants a speakeasy night

Here at Montreal, was looking for a Asian fusion restaurant, this place is awesome I can recommend anyone that want a Asian fusion food and drinks, really good foods and good drinks, and great service too, the owner was really nice to us and introduce us with the menu and the place, really good hospitality, specially means a lot to us coming from the states.

They curate whatever drinks based on your preferences, including sweetness, fruitiness, etc. They ask you about your preferences, and then based on that they have a designated drink ready. You walk in and there's a clothing store on one side and black curtains straight ahead. I just stood there confused for a second until someone suddenly appeared and escorted me through the curtains, down a long dark hallway, and into this intimate, dimly lit bar. Turns out, I had accidentally stumbled into a speakeasy. The space is tiny--maybe 6-8 seats at the bar and a long banquet along the wall for 10-12 more people. No menus either. They ask what you like and don't like, then craft a cocktail specifically for you. The pours are generous and the bar is stocked with top-shelf liquor. About a drink and a half in, I realized I needed actual food immediately and had to leave. The staff was friendly, personable, and chatty, and because the space is so intimate, you naturally end up talking with the people around you. Definitely more of a solo or date-night spot than a group hang. Such a cool, unexpected experience.
