I was definitely impressed with the bubbly, food, and decor, and the gigantic aquarium (with Corenwyn bottles?) is a nice draw for kids and adults. But the towering wall of bottles behind the counter is equally impressive. Once there, you order at the counter from a menu that includes various shellfish and smoked fish. A good way to start is their champagne and oyster special, where for 17 euros you get a glass of Tattinger plus 3 plump oysters. They also had a wide variety of sandwiches - shrimp, herring, mackeral, eel, etc. I tried the herring and it arrived in a small roll, plus onions and pickles. Delicious! I would definitely recommend Bubbles as a nice upscale option for any layover at Schiphol.

The drink lines were incredibly long and the bars were set up in spaces that made it difficult to line up without getting in others' way. The dance floor was a lot of fun and they had a great DJ. Since we were at an event, my experience may be a bit different. Different stations were set up and throughout the night, waiters and waitresses walked around serving us a variety of foods. Just to name a few, I tried, chicken on a stick with peanut sauce, hummus and pita bread, duck spring roll, Mexican rice bowl, and more. Everything was delicious and I was stuffed. There was even an adorable cat roaming around. Such a fun night and I highly recommend visiting if you are in the Amsterdam area.
