Stopped by The Ends for a quick dinner before my flight and had such a good experience!…read more I tried the bolognese tagliatelle with bison and wagyu, and it was delicious. The pasta was really well made, and the bolognese was rich and flavorful without feeling too heavy or cheesy. As a tomato lover, I obviously had to try the tomatini. It was a must for me. Super refreshing, savory, and delicious. definitely one of the more unique cocktails I've tried. Not pictured was the pistachio espresso martini - I love pistachio so it was a must as well. It was smooth and had great flavor. I sat at the bar, watched the game, and had a really nice, easy dinner before heading to the airport. The staff was super attentive, funny, and sweet, which made the experience better. I walked in on a Wednesday around 5-6 PM and it wasn't busy at all, so getting a bar seat was easy. It did start filling up around 7 PM though, so making a reservation might be needed!

Food and drinks both felt overpriced for the portion size and quality. Everything was good, but it wasn't a $300 meal. As a lifelong Anthony Bourdain fan, I couldn't help thinking he would have hated this place. He loved authentic hole-in-the-wall spots, not the glitzy facade so many Scottsdale restaurants have. Personally, I thought the decor was nice, but the thought still crossed my mind. The staff was solid. I'm giving 3 stars based on the overall value of the food and experience.

The menu is quite varied, and there is something for everyone…read more The food is first rate, with possibly the best burgers in AZ! The service is alway fast and friendly and they will happily guide through your selection and answer all your questions. The portions are huge! The restaurant is very clean and comfortable. So far I've had the Bistro Burger a couple times, the Curly Joe, onion rings, okra, cole slaw, the chips and pulled pork and the brisket nachos. Andrea has has the hangover burger and the midstate burger with cottage cheese and shared in the chips and nachos. She also stole huge bites of my burgers and several of my onion rings! Everything has been awesome! So awesome, int fact, we stopped on the way uo north to Alpine from Gilbert, and decided to stop in again the following day in the way home! The Copper Bistro great excuse to get out of the valley for the Phoenicians!

Our choices were Copper Bistro and Nurd Burger Cafe and for no particular reason we decided on Coper Bistro. We were surprised and richly rewarded by their cheese burger, fries and onion rings. I may have made mention in other reviews that a burger patty must protrude beyond the bun in order to attract my attention. This patty protruded well beyond the brioche bun and, better yet, it was hand crafted, not pulled out of a box of 300 other patties that were shaped exactly the same. And the beef was flavorful. We both enjoyed the fries and onion rings. Our meal was so filling we didn't eat dinner that night. Oh, the staff are super friendly, attentive and downright welcoming. If you find yourself in Globe, you could do a lot worse that supping at Copper Bistro.

I came here for their Restaurant week special after floating the Salt River with my Wife…read more The first word is WOW We both got the $55 (3-course) meal and we decided to get different things to try everything we could. I got: Brie bites Sea bass entree Pumpkin crème brulee dessert My wife got: Crab cake Short rib entree Pumpkin crème brûlée dessert Rich was our server and he was very prompt and attentive. We didn't have to wait long for food, drinks or our check/to go boxes. We got the non alcoholic drink with prickly pear and pineapple- fantastic mocktail recipe! It reminded me of a perfect refreshing drink for end of summer, beginning of fall. Smooth and subtle pineapple. I have to be honest the sea bass was probably the best sea bass I have tried. 100/10 so flavorful and adding a squeeze of lemon was a hit! I would definitely some back here. Even the bread sticks they serve with the table waters are yummy garlicky and soft and warm. I expected a lot more "patriotic style" American restaurant decor but it is tasteful and tasty!

I ordered the GF Marinated Chicken Sandwich with sweet potato fries and an extra side of their pesto mayo... aka heaven on a plate! The sandwich comes with balsamic-marinated grilled chicken, roasted red pepper, fresh mozzarella, **toasted GF Udi's bun, and pesto mayo. The toasted bun was a great touch, or else it would have likely fallen apart! Every bite was absolute perfection! Our server was fantastic and so attentive to my gluten-free needs. She made sure everything was GF, and I believe she even mentioned that they have a dedicated fryer, which was such a comforting bonus! The only hard part about dining here was the complimentary bread that arrives at your table when you sit down. It looked and smelled absolutely delightful... but sadly, it wasn't gluten-free. Thankfully, my meal made up for it in leaps and bounds! We are DEFINITELY adding Red White & Brew to our rotation! Whether you're stopping in for lunch, happy hour, or dinner, I don't think you can go wrong. Great food, great service, and a very happy GF girl!
