Spent a lovely Sunday Funday morning with friends celebrating Galentine's Day (albeit a day later) with fresh and yummy tea sandwiches, scones, clotted cream, mini, quiche, cream puffs, macarons, Prosecco, and more. We had four pots of tea: Classic English Breakfast, Earl Gray, Peach White, and Coconut Oolong. It goes without saying that the English Brekkie and Earl Gray were perfectly brewed and delicious. The Peach White and Coconut Oolong were also perfectly brewed. The Peach White was fragrant and flavorful. Same for the Coconut Oolong though it was more fragrant with a less robust flavor. Still delicious. The tea sandwiches were served on perfectly fresh and soft white bread. Cucumber and cream cheese sandwiches are always my favorite, without question. The Strawberry Devonshire Scone was to die for! I really enjoyed the heart-shaped Rosemary biscuit that had a hint of parmesean flavor as well. The apricot Stilton cheese was flavorful and exactly how you want a Stilton to taste. Service was outstanding. The decor was brilliant, absolute perfection. The entire experience was reminiscent of tea rooms I've visited in England and Ireland. Looking forward to another visit soon! The Lady Lavender white tea is my go-to. The White Blueberry is my second favorite. I run out of them both quite quickly at home. But that's ok because it's an excuse to come back and try other offerings while stocking up and stopping to enjoy that said cuppa before heading home.
