The food from Ixtapa was delicious & affordable. They made me an excellent elote, & I appreciate that they stabbed it with a stick so that eating it was a neater, cleaner experience. Predictably that early, there was no line. I've seen long lines at Ixtapa at peak times. I ordered 3 tacos (pastor, asada and Barbacoa) and they gave me a pager. About 10 minutes later, my pager went off and they handed me a foil covered plate with my three tacos, tortilla chips, an orange and a green sauce, and garnishes.
