Almost every nook and corner was instagrammable and gave off vintage vibes. We ordered the croissant, ginseng latte and a Cortado. The croissant was good but it would have helped if they had warmed it up for us. The Cortado was nice and strong and gave the kick to survive the rest of the evening. The ginseng latte was out of this world. It kind of tasted like a birthday cake in a cup with just the right amount of sweetness. The service was a bit chaotic though since there was a bit of the rush, but regardless, we had a great experience and loved the aesthetics of this cafe. 10/10 recommend.

The four owners are all lovely and have put in efforts to make the alley way behind their coffee shop green. I was really impressed with the food. What really stood out for me was the spinach dip (OMG), the sweet potato hummus and the vegan bahn mi sandwich (never had anything like it before). Very cute café, as well. Looks like a great place to work. Highly recommend the tourn'oeuf (breakfast sandwich). Excellent combo of flavors. This was the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. The breakfast platter was very good as well, a sampler of flavorful things. Although we decided the baguette was not the best we've ever had. Gave this platter an A-. We also got the sandwich au jambon which was good, but could've been better with better flavor combos. Still great quality. Loved the ham here. Also highly recommend the chai latte.

It's a huge space with plenty of seating and even booths/areas that could be good for having meetings. Seriously, a lot of the furniture/chairs looked similar to what I've seen in my office/weworks. We came around 8:45 on a Saturday and learned that while the cafe is open early, the kitchen opens at 9am, but they still let us preorder something. We got a pastry, matcha latte, and shakshuka. The pastry was delicious. It was a tomato and pesto pastry with goat cheese. The pastry was so flaky and soft at the same time. My mom ate the tomato lol but the goat cheese and pesto combo was chefs kiss. Lots of other sweet pastries looked decadent. The matcha latte (unsweetened) was shockingly great quality. Dark green color, strong matcha flavor, probably the best in the area (though I've only tried a couple matchas). I would highly recommend if you want something that's not grocery store bought quality. Shakshuka was also one of the best I've had. A lot of times it's watery but this tomato base was thick and flavorful. Little seeds of pomegranate were a nice surprise. The (sourdough?) bread that comes with it was also so good, but it only comes with two slices and since the shakshuka was pretty big portion we had to order more. Not sure if this is also a public space, but if so it's even better as a place to rest between shopping! Has WiFi, outlets, and restrooms. Note: I tried to come back a couple days later but on Google Maps it said closed everyday. Not sure if it's bc of vacation.

I don't care if it's at an upscale restaurant or someone's garage. Great food still remains great food. The thing that comes with a ridiculous hefty price is that it comes with a lot of expectations and I'm confident enough to say that some of you may have experienced a hefty bill while leaving with disappointment. We've all been there, and I can certainly relate. The amazing story about L'Entre-Pots is that @mtlpancakequeen was looking to build her database for pancakes and aiming to find the best ones in the city. Opened since 2011, Alexandre Beaudry and his team not only excel in customer service (which we all know, something that I profoundly value) but also care about the sense of family amongst the staff members. L'Entre-Pots offers catering services, breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner- I mean pretty much whenever you're hungry. While the weather still allows it, they also have an extended terrace for those who want to enjoy their meal in the sun with a mimosa. While I also have been a guest during their popup and collaboration project, I can only consistently vouch for their brunch menu for at least the handful of time I've been there. Thank you to @mtlpancakequeen for introducing me this place- It had allowed me to showcase L'Entre-Pots talent to other followers and friends while hopefully creating more traffic to local businesses. While there is a ridiculous high demand for avocados for all you avocado basic bitches, I'm sure many of you have noticed the skyrocketing prices of these bad boys. I mean, if you do the groceries.
