The very next day, I discovered oil dripping on my garage floor. Todd brushed it off saying, "That must have just started." But after getting it inspected on a lift, the truth came out: this wasn't new at all. The oil pan had been wiped clean, but everything above it was caked in sludge and leaking oil. Now I'm facing a $1,500 repair bill to replace the rear main seal, valve cover seals, oil pan gasket, and even the oil filter housing, which is badly damaged. Todd also claims he performed an oil change -- if that's true, there's no way he didn't see these serious issues. This was not an honest sale, and he has not "stood behind" the vehicle like he promised.
