I actually did not think the service could get any better, but I was mistaken. This time when I came in for a basic oil change, the tech spotted a whole in a tube and leak in the timing cover. When the service representative, Sydney went above and beyond to reach out to Lexus to see if they could assist me because my warranty had just expired. She made sure to assure me that she could not promise me they would help me. Well, Lexus came back and authorized repairs that would have cost me several thousands. But the 2026 they dropped off with the redesigned wife was like hmm wonder what they could do on ours as a trade to say trade up . Well this is where Ai has failed them because my car was there for service with the vin but that wasn't good enough had to literally get them the number of the car they had in there possession. So gave them email phone number preferred method of contact nothing . Then I call hours later to speak to a manager about this the young lady could not get anyone and said they would call me back tomorrow. Well it is tomorrow and almost closing time and nothing . Maybe they have so much business they don't need mine . Just to preference this is me trying to do more business with a place I've already had horrible experience with . I normally wouldn't post such details online but for this review I think it's important for consideration of others when buying from All City Auto. I was looking for a very specific type of vehicle across several states, a Porsche Cayenne GTS, even considered flying out to Vegas to look at one. My previous Cayenne got flooded in Hurricane Helene so on top of looking for the right vehicle we had our concerns of water damage for the next vehicle, we didn't want to purchase what we had just lost. This is a beautiful beast of machinery that runs so smoothly! Our travels span several states regularly and we've had no issues whatsoever. Now for the sales experience, I truly appreciate how smoothly everything went and it's actually one of the reasons we drove out of state twice to finalize our decision. The GTS is a very specific model and there aren't many in the used car market at a given time to choose from, especially considering the certain features we wanted. There was no pressure to purchase this vehicle. We were offered the freedom to take what time we needed to drive it and really get comfortable inspecting every square inch without being constantly hassled regarding whether we liked it or had made our decision. The high pressure sales/oversight literally pushed us away from two dealerships, sending up red flags due to urgency of purchase. All City did not do this which helped us feel at ease in making an informed decision on such a large purchase. When we came back for the second time a week later, having been to several other dealerships, our mind was pretty much made up. We test drove the vehicle again just to be sure, asked all our remaining questions and finished out paperwork by early morning/lunch time. Such a smooth transaction, other dealers could certainly take note. This is the experience people want when purchasing a vehicle, no amount of spamming text messages or phone calls are going to convince someone to spend this kind of money on a vehicle. Either we want it or we don't. High pressure sales aren't the way to go, especially in this day and age, if anything (and especially in our case) it's a turn off. Thank you All City! Truly a stand-out experience in what is often quite a cumbersome endeavor.

After only sixteen days, the nightmare began. To date we have documented 28 non-consecutive days use of the vehicle and 93 days of the vehicle being out of comission and at our trusted mechanic's shop (where it still is). The ownership has told us that we "waited" too long to let them know there was an issue and we basically now have an $11,000 paper weight to decorate our driveway with when/if we get it home (not to mention the over $4,000 in repair work we had to have done to get other issues put right. In my opinion, I would not do business with these people again as they are unwilling to do the right thing and work with us to resolve the issue in a mutually beneficial manner. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
