Everything smells amazing when you walk in, and there are so many tempting options to choose from. The drinks were really good, and the açaí bowls, were fresh and tasty. The halo halo was absolutely scrumptious and definitely a highlight for me. The service was just okay. It wasnt bad, but it could be a bit warmer. They have so many photos of the menu items that lists ingredients to help make a decision. We ordered #2 (Bambu Combo) and #10 (Bambu Favorite). The decision I tried to make was to avoid coconut meat since I'm not into coconut (but the milk is good though). You order at the kiosk and staff is friendly, we asked if they serve just the ice cream itself (since I saw mango and ube flavored ice cream) but they directed us to packaged ice cream in the freezer at the front. We ordered and got a number, sat down to wait, and once we got our order we decided to take it to go and explore a nearby Asian supermarket! It's actually really pretty in this cafe. Nice place to sit and talk for a while. Employees were nice and helpful, it may be a chain but it looks to be family owned.
