On a whim, I ordered a Bahama Mama bowl... and they accidentally gave me a Bahama Mama smoothie instead. BEST. ACCIDENT. EVER. That smoothie completely changed my mind. It is now my go to order, and I've never switched it up since. I also tried their chicken Caesar salad wrap, and WOW!!!! it's genuinely one of my favorite wraps to this day. I now go out of my way just to come here for that wrap alone. I've tried a few other items like the three cheese chicken quesadilla it's okay, definitely more kid friendly. If you have an adult palate, it might feel a little underwhelming for the price. That said, all sandwiches, salads, wraps, and flatbreads come with a side (chips or fruit), which is always nice. Customer service here is 10/10, the inside is clean, the drive thru is quick, & their rewards program is awesome. I'm genuinely so glad I kept coming back despite my earlier experiences. As a paying customer, I expected at the very least some basic courtesy and a willingness to fix a clear issue. Instead, I was treated like I was trying to get something for free. Lastly, there is a slight difference with their in store/app pricing ($8.99) vs their website ($8.39) for a large Mango-A-Go-Go . Also, keep in mind a 3% service fee is added to all online orders.
