The bun bo hue decent/hit most of the elements I wanted (they didn't have pork blood which I don't enjoy anyways so not a problem). I wasn't a real fan of the banh mi to be honest; it tasted more fusion to me than authentic (had pickled slice onions and was sliced diagonally for style), so I may stick to the downtown delis. Not a bad place to stop by when you're in a pinch though.

It tastes just as good and has the same wonderful quality I remember from growing up. I love their vermicelli bowls and their Vietnamese crepe the most. I also love their pho. Their broth is light and doesn't have the strong strong herbal flavor that some phos in Seattle have. Their pho is the most authentic pho I've had outside Vietnam.
