First visit, and last! Only ordered the egg drop soup and it was like water with some egg whites. Tasteless. Man taking the order was surly ("tiny order!" he muttered), but the order was far larger than the next one will be - zero. We love Chinese food and Asia and it's people's everywhere (we have traveled and worked all over Asia) but the number of times you are met with unpleasant staff here in the States is excessive. This is my go-to Chinese place. I have always went here for years. It's family owned. They have some of the best Chinese food in the area. Between the Sweet and Sour Chicken or the General Tso's Dinner/House special. You can't go wrong here read more

I would like to say this is the WORST service and experience I have ever witnessed from a place of business in my life. The young boy who answered the phone and claimed to be the manager had a very piss poor attitude from the 1st call. (To place the order) We received the order and, there where two, and both orders were wrong including hot sodas which we specifically advised we did not want and had to make a different selection to get a cold soda, which we did not get. I contacted the restaurant to make them away of the order and had to go round and round with the boy on the phone as all he cared about was educating me on their menu and why they didn't do anything wrong to the point I did not trust the food even being replaced in fear that he would, because of the way I was treated on the phone, reissue us an unsafe dish that had his markings all over it! That's how awful the boy was. I have never seen any business around this area treat their customers as he did us. After reading these comments I would say I should have came here first before I even attempted trying something "new". His piss poor attitude makes me want to contact the health department for cleanliness because he himself is one of the nastiest people i've ever met in my life so for a business to hire someone with such a piss poor moral compass I cant see how they would be a safe place to consume any food for anyone! 0 Stars by the way!!! If it wasn't for the cost and the convenience of this place, I probably wouldn't order from here. The people that answer the phone are rude and short with you on the phone, they don't tell you the actual price you are paying and even though they say they will make you anything if it isn't on the menu, that isn't true. This is one of the best Chinese foods I've eaten. Glad I found them! I used to go to May Wah but then they changed ownership and it tastes awful now! We moved to Jupiter so I'm glad that I've found Bamboo Wok and won't go anywhere else for Chinese now. read more

There prices are a little higher than the competition in the area. To be fair they give you soup and egg roll. However, you're paying for it anyway. I only eat pork because their chicken and beef are highly processed. When you eat either, it's got a slimy coat to it. read more

We love this place. My husband and I live in the community behind the plaza that Bamboo wok is located in. We don't eat out a lot but it is always an easy decision to use bamboo wok when we decide Chinese take out would hit the spot. being from the New York area, this place reminds me of all the small take out Chinese places at home. On many occasions we have shown up as they are closing and they have stayed open to make us our meals. The owners are always very nice and accommodating. Great food, service, price. Being new to the area, I am trying new places based on reviews. Bamboo Wok's reviews made me try them, but the food and the service will make me return. The food is delicious, the delivery is super fast, and the food arrived HOT--which doesn't always happen when you order delivery. For the price, you get a ton of hot, great food...I was impressed!! The girl who answered the phone was very nice and helpful, and it was she who also delivered. I'm glad I tried this place, and will be ordering from them again...soon! We were disappointed overall. The positives: the food was ready for pick up when estimated. Restaurant looked clean, had plexiglass up to separate customers and kitchen (for Covid germs). Vegetables were cooked appropriately and fresh. The negatives: they didn't honor the order that we placed. I saw that in another review too. The steamed shrimp with vegetables that I ordered came to me as steamed chicken with 2 shrimps. The dish I ordered (and was charged for) is a bit more expensive than what they gave me, but more importantly was what I wanted. The chicken was rubbery and tasteless. The sauce that came on the side was excessively corn syrupy and extremely salty, so not useable. We also ordered a brown rice and a white rice but got a huge white rice instead. My partner found the chicken and snow peas overly salty and rubbery; he wouldn't recommend it. The kitchen staff did not appear to be wearing masks, which was also disappointing given the Covid climate. We really wanted to like this place but unfortunately had a bad experience so we won't be going back. read more

Their food might be fine but I wouldn't know. Worst "delivery" ever. I called the first time and had to repeat my address (staying at Hilton Singer Island) multiple times because she acted like she'd never heard of Singer Island. Then a different person called back to ask for the address again and was upset that it was further away than they'd expected. Then they called back and put another person on the phone to ask for the address again, then claimed it doesn't appear on google (it does). Then they hung up on me. Then they called back after I was on the phone with a different restaurant to tell me it was too far. Delivery was pretty quick to my hotel room. Pork egg roll was good. Crab Rangoons were average as was the Sesame chicken. Portion sizes were average. Pretty much your average NY Style Chinese food. I have had better and certainly have had worse. 3 stars. read more

Not a fan of Chinese food in the area, but we decided to try Bamboo Wok tonight for the first time. We were impressed with the portion size, the taste, and quality of the food. The cost was reasonable for the amount of food we ordered, AND since we ordered over $25, we were surprised with 2 free sodas! We walked in and placed our order since we didn't have a menu and couldn't find one online. The food was cooked quickly, and it was customized to our specifications - no onions, not spicy, etc. We will be returning again soon! read more

Took twice the time promised to deliverr then didn't receive one person's order and then EVERYTHING received was over cooked and just plain inedible. We have to throw away more then half of the food do it was a complete waste of money. We ended up eating cereal instead. Called to let them know how disappointed we are and while they did take off the charge for item not received all I heard was excuses and not a care in the world about the poor service and food.
