Front guy at the desk was very helpful in explaining all the amenities packages the massage spa had to offer. We learn the place was reopen under new management. The rooms were clean and our masseuses Lisa and Michelle were excellent. Hot Stones were the best because once they let the stones cool the masseuse used the stones to massage the back. I bought the Groupon for a couples massage and when I called to make an appointment, the front desk said they no longer accept the Groupons. However, if I come in and show them my receipt, they will honor the price from Groupon. So I just got a refund for my Groupon and took a screenshot of my receipt and they did indeed still honor the Groupon amount. I've never had a massage before so I didn't quite know what to expect. Nice ambiance, loved the foot massage, 42.00 military for a whole hour with a 15 minute back massage sample. It was lovely, would just recommend to invest in maybe a digital clock so you don't hear the clock ticking while at peace. We came here on my birthday & got the couples deluxe massage. We were so excited to get massages after a crazy couple of months, but unfortunately, this massage left a lot to be desired. I was freezing my whole massage, and they did not warm up the oils to help. The hot stone portion of the massage lasted about three minutes, and they did not use the stones to massage but rather just move them around very quickly and then it was over. My shoulders and neck weren't touched the whole massage, and overall my masseuse seemed rushed and uninterested in getting any knots out. At the end when they left, we both looked at each other and had a giggle because it wasn't very good. And that's hard to accomplish for a massage! Just a bummer when spending a good amount of money but it is what it is! We still tipped well because I know it can't be easy massaging people all day long- usually we just leave feeling relaxed and happy after a massage! Eh so. Wasn't a great massage at all. Not even a good one. Trying to get my money back but no luck! Got the 50 min couples hot stone body and FOOT massage. We arrived 10 prior to our time booked. They brought us in the room. They didn't even arrive till 5 min after appt time. And finished just shy of 40 min later. BIG CLOCK ON WALL! Didn't touch our feet at all. No arm or hand massage. Barely the legs. Poured a ton of oil all over my back and just rubbed it in with the "hot stone" she had some weird things on her hands and was massaging my neck-more like punching it. I got taken to a cold room with no music layed on there extremely cheap and hard bed then wakes in my masseuse who did not introduce her self or even say a word. I must say it was a incredibly awful massage there was no massaging really just knuckles and elbows relentlessly jammed into my back. Not even a second of rubbing I asked her if she would please rub my neck rather then just press her knuckles and elbows into it and she said something to back in a different language and per seeded to do her thing.
