Amazing experience! Best massage I've had in a long time. Will make this a monthly routine! I recommend having Jessica !

We have been here a few times and over all it is good, solid, and worth the fee. Tonight was a bit different. The massages were fine, if a bit mechanical. They seem to follow an outline. BUT... I had some pain in my neck and shoulders and my therapist went of script amd really helped that area. The two big issues were that we could hear a lot of noise from the lobby which took you out of the mood. And when we were still dresssing a lady walks in on us. Obviously she was embarrassed and we were a bit shocked. We were partially dressed but she should have knocked. Add to this -while we were still dressing- she started to clean the room. It was just off putting. We will be back but having the lady walk in in us was just not a great way to end the massage. read more

Regen Massage - Massage Near Me - San Diego, California

Had a great massage today with a focus on my neck and shoulders! Don't know the name of my masseuse but he was able to locate the areas that needed more TLC and help work through the knots. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Would definitely go back for the quality and price! Pay cash or Venmo and they threw in the hot stone massage too! read more

This is my 2nd time getting a massage at Regen and again, it did not disappoint. The place is very clean, and the personnel very friendly. The pressures have been spot on and they check in during the massage appropriately. Scheduling was also very easy. Overall, highly recommend. read more

Regen Massage - Massage Near Me - San Diego, California

I love this place ! They give great massages ! And I recommend coming here !! All the time

In San Diego for a quick work trip and decided last minute to book a massage instead of sitting in my hotel room...Best decision! I called around 6:30pm on a Thursday and they got me in immediately at 7pm, which already felt like a win. There was a small mix-up when I arrived (they didn't have a record of my call, maybe I talked to a masseuse & she forgot to note it), but the receptionist didn't even hesitate. She said "no worries" and still fit me in. The way that was handled alone earned points! I did a deep tissue massage with hot stones with Lily. WOW. 10/10 recommend. She went to absolute war with the knots in my shoulders in the best way possible. One of the best massages I've had in a long time, and shockingly affordable for how good it was. I walked out feeling completely relaxed and de-stressed. I liked it so much that the next morning I actually called back just to ask for Lily's name so I could write this review properly. Had to give credit where it's due. Pro tip: pay cash. They use a green tea oil and even give you a face mask if you do. I will 100% be back next time I'm in San Diego. read more

We called last minute on a Monday evening and they took us for a couple's massage and even had an extra seat for our son who needs to be with us. Everything was very professional, appropriately lit, very clean and modern. Our massage therapists were very good- used appropriate pressure and my lady informed me at each step what she was about to do next. At one point I heard my hubby snore so that was a good sign ! And I know she was really relaxing him! I had Luna and he had Tina - Thank you so much ! Looking forward to our next visit read more

Most excellent massage by Lili!! A true body rejuvenation of 90 min deep tissue topped off with sugar scrub, perfect sensational delight! Much appreciation for the great body work, warm atmosphere and access to shower! A must try read more

This is the best hidden gem of a massage place in Point Loma area! The girls are all so sweet and accommodating. Most of the girl masseurs are very small in stature and look tiny but Woah! When they work on you they are strong! I've had 3 great massages there, each time a different girl masseuse and all were great! Most of the girls don't speak English so it was a little challenging to communicate, but they understand certain words and body language. Pricing is the best deal I've seen in San Diego for an hour long serene massage. read more

I'm changing my rating from 5 to 3 stars. I love getting massages here and it's a clean & nice facility. But, every time I call to book an appointment, it's extremely frustrating trying to book an appointment. Book in person if possible. read more

Great massage! I did the 4-hand massage with Tina and JC. Not very many places offer it and this one is right near my work. Perfect spot with plenty of parking. Highly recommend! read more

Clean and classy, Regen Massage is the best. The high ceilings add to the quality of the rooms, along with their use of essential oils which you can pick the type you'd like in the diffuser. They also offer a rewards card , which speaks to the professionalism of their whole staff and their friendliness. read more

Been here a couple times and even brought my grandmother. Very good massages and you get to choose the essential oil you prefer before the appointment. The front desk is always so kind and welcoming. They give you a punch card you can use for a discount I believe. Also there hours of business is great. If you need a later evening appointment, they can accommodate. read more

Couples massage was nice. Both masseuse were good. Reasonably priced. Clean friendly . I'd definatel will return.

Great massage! Loved the Combo -- traditional + foot was amazing! Recommend Tina; she was strong and thorough!

Amazing .. go here ! Ask for David or Dave and you won't regret it. I have zero complaints. And they're open late for your convenience. read more

Great experience! They took me in when I didn't have an appointment and were very kind. Definitely returning!

OMG! I just got a deep tissue massage and it was amazing. We were greeted by the front desk right when we walked in. The room was clean and had good massage vibes. Came out of there feeling relaxed! Thank you, Regen massage! read more

I've been coming here for years and always have a great experience. I high recommend Regen Massage

Great place for same day massage! I needed some massage therapy and found this place, easy to book online with lots of openings. Clean and comfortable massage table, the face cradle was better than most. The therapeutic massage is more of the Chinese style massage, which while effective (I certainly felt invigorated and my digestive system seemed noticeably better), it is of the slightly painful, beat you up a bit, stretch you kind of massage and not the relaxing, focus on trouble spots, fall asleep kind. read more

Always love coming here. Great massages and very professional. Not to mention they always have available and convenient time slots. Thanks!

I had an appointment at Regen last night. I was physically assaulted by my massage therapist Miya (not sure if the spelling is correct). The assault was in two parts. First, she was so aggressive on my entire body. This was supposed to be a medium level massage. I asked her to go lighter, she laughed. I told her it hurt, she laughed. I winced in pain, she laughed. I said stop, she laughed. It became apparent that she is not fluent in English. However, I do think that there are basic words you need to know to communicate with your clients or at least respond to their physical indications that you are causing them pain. I was thinking to myself, wow at least I am not a hostage - even though she wouldn't let me go when I told her that I wanted to be done. It got worse from there. She turned the lights on in the room, jumped on top of me, poured, who knows how much oil on my body, pulled my underwear down, and pulled my butt cheeks apart. I was astounded, and told her that's it. I physically started getting up and it was only at that point that she left the room to go get her phone so that she could use Google translate. I told her I was done and she responded that my time was not up. I said that's fine. I got dressed and went out to the receptionist. The receptionist was able to give me a discount and charge me for a 60 minute massage instead of the 90 minute massage that I had booked the appointment for. She told me that she would reach out to the owner and that they would be in touch with me. Today, I did not hear back, so I called to speak with the receptionist. The receptionist informed me that they would give me a refund, but the owner would not speak with me directly. This is so insane that I went to a massage to relax, and left with a shoulder injury that I did not have before my massage appointment (I could not move my shoulder when I woke up this morning) and being assaulted by a massage therapist, who laughed when I was in pain. I have been fortunate enough to have had many massages over the years, and this was by far so different from anything I've ever experienced. It was so incredibly unprofessional and left physical and emotional damage. Needless to say, I absolutely do not recommend Regen. read more

Great place. Always have availability, clean, and great massages. Definitely recommend! We will be back!

Thank u Tina. Massage was awesome. Will come back again. Great location and friendly service!

I wasn't expecting much when I booked my massage at Regen. The place is a bit tricky to find. You need to use the back entrance of this little strip mall and go around the building to find the door. I was pleasantly surprised. Super clean place, nicely decorated and it has an atmosphere of a spa. Staff is very attentive and polite and the price is almost hard to believe. I recommend setting an appointment before you go. It doesn't seem that they have a lot of staff available. If you are looking for a great place and unbeatable price you should check it out. We all deserve to pamper ourselves. ;) read more

I've been coming here for years! The staff is so wonderful. They always accommodate walk-ins and are very very clean and affordable.

I was looking for a good massage. After to an hour and a half flight I always like to get a massage afterwards. This was nearby where I was staying. And someone recommended suggesting they did a good job. So I said let me give them a try. The receptionist was really nice and knowledgeable. She was able to book me for a one hour massage. The massage overall was pretty good. The therapist was pretty strong which is great. I will definitely give her a four star rating. If I was in the area I would probably give them another try or I would probably look for someone else. It wasn't my favorite Massage nor was it was worst massage. It was good. They have a really nice waiting area. The weather in San Diego is perfect. I suggesting getting a massage and trying to them out. One thing I really did like was a therapist was quite strong as she was able to give me a pretty good deep tissue massage. read more

I have come here 3x. My husband is a "regular" and has a punch card. I think you get a free or discounted massage after 10? Anyways... all my experiences have been great. You get to choose the essential oil scent in your room as well as the areas you want the masseuse to work on. We get the 90 minute. The 60 is good but the 90 is to die for. They are open till late at night so you can get nice and relaxed then go home and sleep like a baby! I highly recommend! read more

Great place! I left feeling relaxed. It's very clean and they are very nice. I will definitely come back.
