I put her name in capital letters because in all my time at spas (Bella Santa, Mandarin Oriental, Encore, Riddles) NEVER IN MY ENTIRETY have I had as great a massage as I did with Shawna..KIND, CARING, asked all the right questions but her touch which I asked for was firm and yet she relaxed me like I had never before felt. Having traveled a long flight and a previous fall, my upper back was tense, hurting and just in need of care. Well I will say, I GOT CARE FROM SHAWNA and she was a dream come true!! Never in all my time have I encountered this type of young lady with hands so precise and firm but gentle..I felt like Skipping out the door full of happiness and not one pain than when I walked in! She really makes sure that her customers feel fabulous whenever they receive a service. If you are not 100% satisfied with the service you received, she will always make it right and without hesitation and with a smile. I love getting my nails done here because everything is extremely clean and sterile, and Alaina really takes her time to make sure the service is perfect. You never have to worry about infections or fixing polish mistakes once you get home because it's always done right the first time. I was gettin hair and makeup for an event and not only did my hair come out terrible but my makeup was also terrible! I ended up with eyelash glue all over my face! I had to miss half of my event so I could go home and shower and pick chunks of glue off with tweezers. I really have never seen anything like it. As a side note the salon was dirty! I was the first person as they unlocked the door to let me in and there was hair still on the floor from the day before.

Xqusite has terrific products! I just started having my eyebrows and lip waxed. I was a bit hesitant about how my skin would react. Absolutely no reaction at all. She uses this claiming oil that feels great and works wonderfully. The location of the salon is perfect. A quick 5 min ride from interstate 93, there is always free two hour parking!
