I decided to try massage to see if it would help, and found out about Beverly Massage Therapy & Wellness Center though Yelp. Based on the reviews, I decided to try a 30 minute massage with Kerilee. It was AMAZING. So much so, in fact, that I asked her 10 minutes in if she had time for an hour long massage. She unfortunately didn't, but I went back a few days later for another massage. In just an hour and a half Kerilee managed to greatly reduce my hip pain, and I will definitely continue receiving massages from her. In addition to being an amazing sports massage therapist, Kerilee is super friendly, and the massage studio is clean and peaceful. I highly recommend Beverly Massage Therapy- it's well worth every penny! I've had many massage therapists in the past, and Kerilee is definitely one of the best!

She applies just the right amount of pressure that is deep, but not too painful which is great because I don't like very soft massages. The studio is very cute and welcoming. And Kerilee offers great prenatal massage which not everyone does, so it's an extra bonus for me right now. Looking forward to my next visit!
