After a couple of years, it just doesn't work AGAIN! I have looked at other reviews. This review reflects many others. Our start about three years ago was a little rough, but we got it figured out. I even referred two neighbors. Now, I can't modify the lights. They just do random stuff. I've sent emails and called Customer Support. As someone else said, "crickets!" Finally, I learned today that they will address my problem "within a few weeks!" How's that for great customer service! They're backed up because their system is faulty and they can't (won't) respond in a timely manner. I told them that I'm going to have a banner made for my lawn that says, "Don't buy permanent lighting from Everlights - they're faulty!" As others have mentioned, if you want permanent lights, shop around. There has to be a better company with real customer support. I, too, wish I hadn't spent (wasted) my money with this inferior company and a poor product.

My husband has consistently followed-up 3-4 times since they reached out in October so we could see when we'd be on the schedule. Today, I'm sure because of my husband's follow-up, we received an email saying they won't be able to install this year due to staffing issues. I understand staffing issues and they are Christmas lights- not the end of the world- I'm disappointed about the lack of communication and the fact they waited too long to tell us. I'm convinced they only told us because my husband kept reaching out. There is no way I can find someone now that it's the middle of November. I believe in excellent customer service and effective communication- this situation failed in both areas. Super big bummer for us but most importantly- I hope this helps someone else think twice before committing to work with them.

They came out a couple of times to try and fix. It worked temporarily. Now my lights have not worked AT ALL for about 3 years. Called them again and was told they dont support the older ones and I would need to replace. They were happy to take $4k from me the first time and now want me to do it again. No thank you. The company came out several times to troubleshoot, charged me a service fee each time only to have the same problem or a new problem start again shortly after. After a couple years of calling the company I was told they couldn't do anything more, they were going out of business. Funny, their website says they have been in business since 1993. Run from this company, they are crooks through and through!!
