I'm visiting the Moscow, ID area coming from cities/suburbs with a large Chinese-American diaspora - something that Moscow does not have. So overall, if you want to try Chinese food, this is not a bad place to do so. That said, this food is very average and no where near the best Chinese places you'd get. I found the soup noodles very under-seasoned and bland - Chinese food is usually packed with flavor and this broth really lacked the type of flavor I'd expect. There was also no chili oil provided (only hot sauce you'd get at hte grocery store) so I couldn't really add that much heat to a bland sauce. Even outside of spiceness, I found I needed to add some soy sauce (which I normally don't do) to have a bit of flavor/seasoning. I ordered the seafood noodles and the seafood itself was great and plentiful. I do like that they don't skimp on the meat. If I came back again, I would not order any of the noodle dishes. The place serves everything in take out containers FYI. Overall, it's nice to have a Chinese place in the area but the food is only average.
