The Wife and I are part of a group of families who decided to host a party for our schools PTO. Last year, we had a Murder Mystery, and we are of the unfortunate sort who get competitive with ourselves, so we had to find something that was as good as, if not better than, killing one of our guests. Tough job that one is. But our team is resourceful, and after a lot of iterations we zeroed in on a Spy vs. Spy Casino Royale theme. Spies are generally not that hard to do. Casinos, however, take some planning. I reached out to a couple of places on Yelp!, and with absolutely no disrespect to the other vendor (they were responsive too), we settled on BAM Casino Parties. Mark was very responsive and accommodating. We discussed the attendance, popular choices, and staffing for the party and, with Mark's assistance, came up with a good combination of craps, roulette, and black jack. The prices were within expectations and we had a good number of staff to host the tables. We found out how to ensure the wood floors of the house were protected, and we had ample plans should weather be an issue. So why five stars? We never had a worry with them and they went out of their way to help. The crew showed up on time, dressed professionally, and ready to work. One of the crew, who was taking public transportation, even took the early bus and showed up an hour before we asked, without asking for compensation, and helped set up the party. The blackjack dealer knew the game well (we did catch one mistake out of many hands) and kept it moving. The croupier (craps table dealer) was always knowledgeable and knew how to explain the complicated odds and play of craps (you get a lot of excitement when you have a hot roller). They also had a good-enough chip management system where you cashed in and checked out chips at each table and kept a card total of your winnings. I suppose I'd note they could use an electronic shuffler to move the blackjack game a little faster, and looking back I may pick another black jack table instead of roulette, but that is a preference. As far as a service, I'd definitely use them again. read more

For our small company holiday party. We ordered a roulette and black jack table. Mark and his team did a great job. They had very good service. They were on time. Professional. And the price could not be beat. Mark always followed up quickly. He was very accommodating and I had a lot of demands. He even came at the last minute as we ordered two tables and had only 1 dealer. He came and dealt a few hours of blackjack so that we had 2 dealers going at the same time. I didn't think we needed a 2nd dealer but was relieved to have Mark on hand. To me --- That goes along way in my books. A few things to note ---- The roulette table is not like the one's in Vegas but the chips felt very real. And of course, everything was clean. The table looked really nice. I wish the whell was bigger but it's still roulette. Blackjack table looked like the real thing. Chips and cards were vegas style. I also really loved that he brought fake 100 dollar bills. It was fun handing them out to our team. Liked how prepared he was. Also as we left, he made sure to check up on me!
