We rented lounge furniture from Blueprint Studios for our September 2012 wedding in Napa, CA. We initially visited another large and well-known furniture rental company in Napa, however they were completely non-responsive to our inquiries. Since the wedding date was coming up very soon, we decided to start reaching out to other rental companies. We are so glad we came across Blueprint Studios. Not only did they have the furniture we wanted (modern white leather lounge furniture), they also provided excellent customer service. We spoke to Kelly, who guided us through the website and answered our questions about pricing and delivery. By the end of the day, she sent us a quote with the furniture we wanted within our budget. On the day of the wedding, all the furniture was delivered and removed on time. Our guests made good use of the large daybeds and benches, and the furniture looked beautiful in the venue. I got married on August 11th at the W hotel. With Blueprint Studios' help, especially Kelly's, our wedding was an event to remember. We used them for their a few decorative pieces. Instead of your typical slideshow they had a bar with a LCD TV attached to the front, they had a glorious white dance floor, and other cool sleek knick knacks. Also, Kelly was amazing! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I'm an employer who believes DEEPLY in fair treatment of others. Before the pandemic I hired them for an event I organized. I noticed how they worked and how the lead crew members treat the other employees. I overheard the one guy in charge (who didn't know I speak spanish) say something VERY disrespectful and derogatory towards another worker of a different color. I couldn't believe what I was witnessing. Its not only about having the appropriate furnishings for the event but having the right people with decent attitudes. I will NOT hire them EVER nor be giving ANY OF mine or any other company's money to a place with such disrespect for their fellow workers. read more

We ordered a large, custom backdrop from Blueprint for a conference our company was hosting. The day it was supposed to arrive at our venue for setup, the delivery company was running behind and decided not to deliver. So our account representative Nicole got on the phone with them, wrangled a delivery driver to bring the package to her office and then she personally delivered the backdrop to me at our venue. She could have passed the buck onto the delivery company and left us hanging, instead she made my problem her problem, then solved it. That's the kind of service you dream of and we'll certainly keep taking our business back. read more

Highly recommend. Very professional and timely. We are event producers and our clients are sometimes very specific and demanding. This was no problem for Blueprint, and they worked with us to ensure the materials turned out exactly as we needed them. Turnaround time was quick, even with some fussy and non-standard items. I rented casper ghost chairs from Blueprint. These chairs are acrylic and really added a different kind of ambiance to our wedding. We actually use them in both the ceremony and the dinner reception, and Blueprint was there to help us move and set the chair. They even designed our ceremony layout for us. Blueprint is very friendly and easy to work with. Though we only rented the chairs from them they had a lot more stuff and services that we would recommend. read more

When I first inquired online, I was interested in several rentals for my wedding. I was contacted right away but was told that someone else would get back to me and help me out. I didn't hear back for several days so I contacted them once again. After this I heard back, but responses were only sometimes prompt and other times I had to follow up with the rep again to get a response. Considering businesses have their usual business hours, I usually expect responses within a couple days, but I waited at least a week each time to contact them again. After experiencing the delays, I decided to only rent what I couldn't find from other companies, but now that it's taken a while for them to respond to me again when I asked for a quote, I don't think I need anything from them. They do have pretty furniture items, though. read more

DONT DO IT! This place may have fancy looking furniture and rentals on their website but do not be fooled. I have worked with Blueprint the last few months and every single event I have done has been messed up. Furniture is almost always in poor condition, forcing the delivery guys to make quick fixes on site. Things are hours late for the drop off and pick up. They never seem to have big tables I like and when they do they are in poor shape. The printing conditions are atrocious!! I have heard that if you have a big order the prints will be correct, but for something small they just do not care. The prints come on the truck mixed with all the furniture and have even been left behind for my team to do myself. Crazy expensive ($52 barstools) and quality is almost always sub-par. Do yourself a favor next time you are having an event skip out on this place. read more

Blueprint Studios completely transformed an already gorgeous space, the Barrel Room at Villagio Inn & Spa, into a high energy lounge, with lighted bar and lounge furnishings with accent pillows matching the decor of my daughter's wedding just a couple of weeks ago. My daughter's wedding was spectatular from beginning to end and seeing our guests faces on entering the Barrel Room was priceless. These guys where a joke. Their staff was rude, pushy and unsafe to be around. I witnesses one of their employees push a large box on wheels into another man who did not see the box coming at him. The injured individual asked the Blueprint employee to be careful and the Blueprint employee pretended not to speak English, I had conversed with the same earlier and his English was fine. I was not impressed with their personnel, the competence of their staff was highly questionable. Hire them at your own risk. read more

We used Blueprint Studios for our wedding for the decor and flowers, and they made everything absolutely breath taking. Words can't describe how beautiful everything was and how they created a Hawaiian setting for our ceremony and reception. Paul and Ashley were great to work with, and very professional and thoughtful. My guests said it was one of the most beautiful weddings they had ever been to and I know Blueprint had a lot to do with this. I would recommend them for all types of events, especially weddings. The customer service was very unacceptable and we will never be using them again. We started working with Blueprint for our project February 26, 2015. We had confirmed our order on April 6, 2015 and the product was confirmed by Blueprint at that time.The final invoice was paid in full on April 20, 2015. On May 5, 2015 we were contacted by Blueprint notifying us that there was a mishap in their inventory system and the product we had ordered was no longer available for our event which was on May 12, 2015 which was a week out. Below is a summary of the communication between our company and Blueprint and their lack of response to resolve this matter. -April 6: Product and order confirmed by Blueprint -April 20: Our company paid final order invoice in full -May 5: Our company contacted by Leanna Lewis at Blueprint informing us that the product(55 inch LCD display walls) was no longer available and they were moving forward with a lesser product (46 inch LCD display walls) than contracted without consulting us. They did issue a credit, but did not discuss viable solutions with our company. -May 8: Our company was contacted by Blueprint again notifying us that the substituted product was also unavailable, resulting in a further downgraded product (42 inch LCD display walls). They were unapologetic and and had no resolution for this besides downgrading what we had ordered to a smaller size TV wall. -May 12: TV walls were delivered on site, they were all severely damaged. In addition, graphics were incorrect, they had the wrong pantone colors as well as scuff marks and dents on every single wall panel. We contacted Leanna at Blueprint to see if they could fix the walls, Leanna refused to return our calls and would only text that there was nothing they could do. Our company then had to hire another vendor to replace the graphics and cover up all the damage on the walls at a additional expense. -May 12/Ongoing: Our company has contacted Blueprint to review this matter with the sales director and Samar Lightfoot (CEO), and they have refused to return our calls, or resolve the matter. read more

We used Blueprint Studios for the decor at my daughter's Bat Mitzvah in May 2011. They were absolutely fabulous and the room could not have looked any better. The party theme was hollywood VIP party and they brought in sofas, lounge furniture, glass and mirrored tables etc. Each of our guests said "WOW" as they walked into the room. I happened upon Blueprint Studios by accident when the original rental company we were using was unable to rent us the chairs I wanted for our wedding and iour site coordinator found replacement chairs at Blueprint. What I was amazed with is the Escort Frames we had Blueprint create for us.
