Needed some chairs for a party on Saturday evening. I called in the morning and picked up 20 chairs no sweat. The caterers show up and claim that they need a canopy and an umbrella to setup their station outside in the garden. Called Mom's Chairs and got both. They are very helpful and even help me load up my car. I was even able to return the stuff on a Monday knowing that that I would be all hung over on Sunday. Called them three separate times--each time I was polite, left clear voicemails with my name and number. Nothing. Texted twice from the number they provide on their site. Still nothing. Not even a "we're busy" or "not taking new jobs right now." Just radio silence. I never got to experience their actual service because they couldn't be bothered to respond. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can't imagine how they handle actual ones. Zero professionalism, zero manners. The equipment we got was very clean (tables + chairs). Pros: The pricing was straightforward and reasonable. Happy to support a family businesses I used them to create a quick mock up for an upcoming WR event. Although, I will say that the 8ft tables are a little narrow if you're planning on doing wedding centerpieces but I'm glad we checked them out ahead of time. I think I would like to use them again.
