Working with Ryan and Joanne was seamless throughout the entire planning process, making it easy and enjoyable. Not to mention, their prices are unbeatable compared to any other casino rental company in the Bay Area! From the moment they arrived, their team brought such incredible energy and professionalism. The tables were gorgeous and high-quality, the dealers were friendly, engaging, and patient with guests of all experience levels. My kids enjoyed playing at the tables also, as the dealers were super helpful with helping them learn how to play. During the night, Ryan took care of every detail, kept the games flowing smoothly, and made sure everyone felt included and entertained. We've had countless guests tell us it was one of the best parties they've ever attended! If you're looking to add some fun and a touch of class to your event, hiring Prohibition is the way to go. Teri S. was extremely helpful with communicating/coordinating the logistics and was very responsive. Honestly, the casino party was a HUGE hit. For my 24th birthday, it was the best birthday yet. I decided on 1 blackjack table and 1 roulette table. Jim and Dave were our dealers and were super nice and fun - they were a pleasure to talk to and interacted with all my guests while teaching them how to play! They even offered to bring extra chips for free for a poker table since I didn't want to pay for one, but we didn't end up using it. The 'casino' was open from 4-7pm and I thought 3 hours was a perfect amount of time. They even included raffle tickets that could be traded in at the end of the night. I raffled off various prizes - a framed photo of myself, 2 bottles of wine, 3 stuffed animals, and 1 lucky guest got to throw a pie tin full of whipped cream in my face! Overall, the roulette/blackjack tables were amazing and fit perfectly with my casino-themed birthday party! I would always recommend private label to anyone looking to have a fantastic party.

Bad: Front office staff booking orders was curt and seemed irritated they had to deal with customers. On Monday I called the office to increase my order but no one answered answered so I left a message. No call back. On Tuesday, I called again and again got voice mail so instead I sent email asking to increase my order. Still no call back or email reply. On Wednesday I called again and now I was unable to leave a voice mail because their mailbox was full. This is an indicator that front office staff responsible for customer orders are failing at their job of communicating with customers via phone calls, voice mail or email. On Thursday, I got a text stating my order was out for delivery. I then called the # from the text and asked if my order had been increased as requested in voice mails and emails. The curt man said No, my order had gone out as-is. When I asked if my order could be increased based on my multiple attempts the reach them, he said no, there was nothing he could do. I find that hard to believe they could not increase my order since they delivered on Thursday and my party was on Sunday. They had several days to add and deliver my extra chair items for extra revenue but opted to not remedi their administrative issues of failing to respond to customers request, especially when it means more business. Equipment quality: umbrellas were flimsy, like something you would buy at cvs or a grocery store. The umbrellas bases were loose causing umbrellas to lean so I had to tighten the base screws to straighten them. This is the first and last time I will use this company.
