There is no reason to go anywhere else. We have a large spiraling grand staircase in our entranceway. 133 balusters. The balusters we had before were 15 years old, white, and scuffed and worn (the previous owners had two young children). We wanted something durable, easy to maintain, and elegant. They are exactly that! The transformation is remarkable. We had the wood floors redone and stained a dark cherry when we first moved in 12 months ago, so with this and the iron balusters, it looks like an entirely different entranceway! We found Stairworx online doing a Google search, and are very lucky we did! David was great to deal with. Prompt, professional, and descriptive. It's rare to find someone who is so on top of things, who simply gets the job done, and so efficiently it seems with ease. I've dealt with a lot of contractors, businesses, sub contractors, etc., and I genuinely wish everyone was like David. It would make my life much more enjoyable! (By the way, Home Depot is a nightmare to deal with on contracting jobs.) David was able to understand what I wanted right away, even though I had no expertise on the subject and had never done this before. And then he carried through exactly the way he said he would, and in our tight time frame too! The two men who came to install the balusters were polite, professional, knowledgable, and clean. They wore covers on their shoes, and put tarps down over the floor, and before they left they swept up (even though it was basically spotless already). They communicated clearly, and made sure they were installing exactly what I wanted before they began. It took an afternoon to install, and the result was absolutely stunning! I am so happy with our stairs, and I hope you read this and soon feel the same way with yours!

Recently we were upgrading a few items around our home and called to several places for prices on…read moredelivered sand. Southern Landscape Supply not only had the best prices but the lowest delivery charges. We decided to stop off to look at the products to ascertain the quality of the product and to verify which sand was the one for the job. Chris, the General Manager of the location, was there that Saturday and extremely helpful with advice on which product of theirs would be best for the job we were working on to get the best results. We originally requested delivery for the same date, which they could accommodate. After leaving we realized that we had a few projects to complete to make our project run more smoothly. We called to change delivery for to the next weekend. They were kind about our needing to delay the delivery and worked with us without any issues or attitude - in fact they were really friendly and understanding about the requested change for delivery date. The next weekend they let us know when the driver would be headed our way instead of just having him show up. The driver who delivered the sand was also fantastic -- he had to back down a hilled driveway and through a narrow gate to get the product as close to the area we needed it as possible. His great driving prevented us from wheelbarrowing two tons of sand all over creation. My back sends him my sincere gratitude too! Next time I will not call all over to get a price -- I will call Chris and the team at Southern Landscape Supply FIRST. They will be my go to for any of their products from here forward.
