I was informed of their membership that unlocks valuable savings and deals that I could not pass over. The store is always fully stocked, and very seasonably acceptable, and the workers are always very kind and eager to help. While most pieces can be pricey, and the items can all add up, you can always receive great coupons in the mail or online and signing up for rewards is always a great option. The other day I tried on a pair of shoes and requested them through a computer/ipad instead of asking a store associate for my size. I was shocked at how quickly the store associate brought the shoes out and how seamless the whole process was. The store is never super busy, allowing you to explore and take your time seeing all that there is to offer.

I took them to the store and had a mediocre experience with the in-store shoe shopping. In that, it didn't happen. There were no employees to be found that worked in the shoe section then I noticed a kiosk where you have to input what you want then they will bring them to you. Ain't nobody got time for that, according to Sweet Georgia Brown. I will say that the cashier who took my return was extremely helpful, friendly and enthusiastic. Very sweet young lady who I appreciated very much. I was able to get my money back in gift card form to return another day. I did. Still unsuccessful.....

I know I can run to my bank for notary services, but, Robbie's is also close to home and Robbie, his son and the crew are top shelf people. Mr. Robbie and I have talked cars as he once sold them as my late dad. I've entrusted notary services to Robbie's ever since I've had the need years ago. And, although quality of service and value are most important in picking businesses I partner with, Robbie's is also black-owned and operated as I know some on this platform like to know that stuff. They're quick and efficient once you're beyond the requirements of dealing with notary minutiae. Recommend.

A Big Thank You to Play It Again Sports - A Company That Truly Cares…read more You often hear about the negatives when it comes to businesses, but I want to take a moment to share the good--and in this case, the great. I've had nothing but positive experiences with Play It Again Sports over the years, both as a customer and a member of the community. From buying and selling equipment for my daughter and her various sports to getting my own gear serviced, they've always gone above and beyond. Most recently, I reached out to them about equipment for a charity event, hoping to find affordable options. Instead, they generously donated what we needed. Their kindness and compassion blew me away. The team is professional, helpful, and community-minded. Because of their consistent support and genuine care, Play It Again Sports will always be my first stop for any sports equipment needs. Thank you for making such a positive impact--you've earned a loyal customer for life

Let me start off stating I have very high standards. The Play it Again Sports in Baltimore has met…read moreand exceeded all of them. I purchased some Kettlebells from them in April just as were all going into lockdown. They had the items in stock, and sold them without gouging. Many places were selling at $3/pound, PIASBmores sold at a much more reasonable rates. Then they were able to deliver to HOCO since they had a delivery coming to that area, saving me from driving up to BMore. Now I found myself wanting some dumbbells, again PIASBmore came through, where so many people are attempting to sell 2 20lb dumbells for $100 they again came through with normal prices. What's more they held their original quoted price even when their cost increased. That is putting the customer FIRST! Jamie and the gang really work for you. Give them an opportunity.

I will be inquiring about a refund for the embroidery services and will also be inquiring about them paying for new shirts from Under Armour. I'm truly at a loss for words. Unacceptable to hand over shirts like this to a PAYING customer.

The base weld cracked after 6 months and the retaining pin blew out of it throwing me into the screen. Nordictrack is a terrible company to deal with. In fact just getting a hold of someone is a chore all by it's self. Contacted the manager he made one call for me but basically was little to no help. I live locally and this experience was so bad I will never return to this fitness store again. In fact I have told my family, friends and co-workers about this incident. If you own and business and sell brand name equipment you should back your customers and stop washing your hands of the bad products your selling from your business. That's the bottom line. Nordictrack sucks I should of went with a peloton but the manager of Johnson Fitness and Wellness told me Nordictrack was a better product and convinced me otherwise. Total false information.

There's a code or something to that effect which is why I said be prepared to hunt and do work. Some items were only 10% off retail price. They do have a large selection of things. Worth stopping by and trying to find deals if you have time and patience. I feel like they are trying to bamboozle people by making it seem as if this is a clearance warehouse place. Slightly cheaper than actual Dick's store on many items. Not sure I would go again as I can for sure find the shoes online much cheaper from other retailers.
