Once I received my order I decided on a different bike because the one I ordered was too small for my son. The manager (Dennis) jumped right into action to start my return, showing me different bike options and inspecting the new bike I chose. The bike was on sale and I thought the overall value was good, the selection was vast too. The store was clean and each employee that I encountered was pleasant and helpful. Having worked retail for many years, I was appalled by the treatment I received.  If I had ever treated a customer this way, I would have been fired.  I can only assume the woman I dealt with was the owner of the Continental Arms.  No wonder Continental Arms only has a 3.7 rating on Google and a 3.3 rating on Yelp. In this day and age, when individual gun ownership is a highly charged subject, one would think an arms dealership would be more accommodating to the public at large. I live locally and this experience was so bad I will never return to this fitness store again. In fact I have told my family, friends and co-workers about this incident. If you own and business and sell brand name equipment you should back your customers and stop washing your hands of the bad products your selling from your business. That's the bottom line.
