I came in to do a return. Kristen did not respond to me when I said hello. When I said hello…read moreseveral times, she continued to talk to her coworker then asked me for my phone number. I put my number in but apparently, she was ringing up my order as a brand new purchase. When I told her that I was returning an item, she responded that I never informed her that I had a returned. I responded by informing her that she never said hello to me and never asked what I needed. She argued back that she asked me how I was doing and that it was my fault that she rung up the purchase. I educated her on customer service and informed of better ways to act as a cashier. She processed my return finally. Because of this interaction, I wouldn't come back to location. If Kristen isn't able to remain professional and welcoming while working at the cash register, she should find a different position that doesn't require employee-to-customer interactions.

The shop does a great job stocking new t-shirts and gear whether it was the new City Connect collection debuted by the O's this season or the annual Ravens salute to service collection. There's an online store too so you can ship gear if you can't trot to Dundalk but I recommend if you're a fan of either shop to make your way to the store at least once in to your life time!

Now I found myself wanting some dumbbells, again PIASBmore came through, where so many people are attempting to sell 2 20lb dumbells for $100 they again came through with normal prices.
