I previously hired another company (Phoenix) to take care of a rodent problem and paid $3,000. Unfortunately, they never fully resolved the issue and didn't offer any kind of warranty. After that frustration, I found this company and wow, what a difference. For a fraction of the cost, they completely fixed the problem and stood behind their work with a 6-month warranty, something no one else was willing to do. Honest, professional, fairly priced, and results that actually last. If you're on the fence, don't be - this is the company you want.

We received multiple quotes from other pest control companies and unfortunately, some of the pricing we were given made it feel like certain companies were trying to take advantage of an elderly woman who may not know what the service should reasonably cost. That was NOT the experience with Tampa Bay Pest Pros. Their pricing was extremely fair and reasonable, essentially about half of what some of the other companies were quoting without sacrificing the quality of service whatsoever. More importantly, my mom had nothing but great things to say about the entire team. She said Luis and Brian were very professional, kind, helpful, respectful and treated her like family. As her son, that means a lot to me. Knowing she was in good hands with people who were focused on actually helping her rather than trying to take advantage of her. It's refreshing to find a locally operated company that combines great service, fair pricing and integrity. Thank you to everyone at Tampa Bay Pest Pros for taking such great care of my mom. You've definitely earned our trust and our recommendation. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and dependable pest control company in the Tampa Bay area.
