The last time I saw this name it was a health club! I'm so surprised to find a casino in downtown Chicago. It's pretty small and not crowded at all. I was thinking, where are all the people? There is a bar and clean restrooms

Came to check out the casino here. It's three levels with no-smoking allowed. There are plenty of slot machines and a few open table games that are very expensive to play. The music in the casino is so loud that you miss the exciting sounds of the slot machines clinking and dinging. There is a large bar in the front of the casino. The staff is sort of bland. They look bored and tired and seem like they want to go home. If you want to gamble around here, ok, but don't make a trip to do so if it's not that important to you.

Clean casino. The minimum for the tables start at $25. Those ones are usually fully packed. the next one is $50... kind of high for minimums but good casino.

Terrible customer service - very very very rude.

The food experience was HORRIBLE - we had 2 $10 credits for food because my friend is somewhat of a regular at the Casino itself. He ordered hot food and used the coupon then tried to do a separate transaction for the other, the lady at the counter gave attitude and said "you have to get back in line for the second order" he says okay, then got right back in line again, waited and got to the counter again and went to order a hot dog and she says "sorry the hot food is closed!" ... I said well when does it close??? She says loud and with attitude and seemingly defiant attitude "right now" when pressed, she refused to give a time...it was 12:54... what a random time. Her name is Catherine... 5 out of 5 for rudeness.

Lovely casino! Multiple floors. Nice little setup. They didn't offer any rewards for new user.

SMALLLLL casino, for what I thought would be in Chicago but a casino nonetheless. I came here at the beginning of October so I was able to catch the cute decorations they had for the upcoming holiday. If when I'm back in the city and my hand starts itching, I wouldn't mind returning here - seeing if their food is good.

Not a super huge casino compared to ones you see in Vegas but it's pretty sizable especially when you consider it's in the heart of downtown Chicago. I saw plenty of slot machines and tables. Only casino I've been to where smoking doesn't happen which is a big plus in my eyes. Recommend losing your money here

The only Casino in the Chicago city limits, so it really doesn't have to do much more than exist. It has a few of the new novelty slots, but most of the first floor is devoted to machines you'll see at any casino in the US. Had a mild winning streak my first visit, but wasn't my night on my second visit. Long lines for the redemption machine because the others were broken :/

Check-in was completely frictionless thanks to Christian, who greeted us with genuine hospitality, professionalism, and a welcoming attitude. He made us feel valued from the start, and that first impression set the tone for our entire stay. Our room on the 38th floor offered an incredible view overlooking Michigan Avenue. Waking up to the city skyline and watching the energy below was one of the highlights of our trip. The location couldn't have been better, we were able to walk to so many iconic spots, including the five-story Starbucks Reserve Roastery, Garrett Popcorn, and countless shops and restaurants along the Magnificent Mile. After a day of exploring, we stopped by the hotel bar where I ordered my favorite drink an Old Fashioned. It was perfectly made and a great way to end the evening. If you're looking for a hotel with outstanding customer service, an unbeatable location, comfortable accommodations, and easy access to everything downtown Chicago has to offer, I highly recommend the Marriott Magnificent Mile. Most Marriott Lounges I've visited are open 24 hours, but this one isn't. Monday-Thursday they're open later, but Friday-Sunday, the lounge is only open until 12pm. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but the views were amazing. One issue we had was that our room door didn't close all the way on its own, so we had to make sure it closed securely behind us. The staff, however, was upbeat, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.

If you're able to splurge for club access at $200/person, you'll get to experience stunning city views, breakfast, afternoon tea, snacks, unlimited cocktails, and evening bites. We were also sent a bottle of wine and snacks to our room. I loved that they have a free spa area where you can use the sauna, heated stone loungers, and cold showers. The pool was stunning and we enjoyed swimming, just wish the hot tub was hotter as it was lukewarm. The room was great as well with a Nespresso machine and relaxing tub. Every time we stepped out of the room we would come back to a nice surprise, the room would be cleaned or they would leave the water and ice. Very attentive customer service here. It is fully equipped with a kitchen and ample living space, making it ideal for longer stays or those seeking a residential feel. The cleanliness is exceptional, supported by daily housekeeping that maintains a high standard throughout the visit. The Highlights * The View: One of the standout features is the spectacular, unobstructed view of Lake Michigan. * The Spa: The Trump Spa offers a solid wellness experience. The "Goddess Massage" is a recommended treatment, providing a comprehensive 2-in-1 experience that combines a full-body scrub with a professional massage. The Drawbacks * Dining at Terrace 16: Despite the convenience of a $60 daily breakfast credit, the morning meal at Terrace 16 is best avoided. The food quality does not meet expectations, and the pricing is high enough that guests will almost certainly exceed the allotted credit. * Value Proposition: Between the lackluster breakfast and the potential for high out-of-pocket costs at the restaurant, the dining experience significantly detracts from the overall value. I would totally stay here again for The excellent service, cleanliness and the spectacular view. Love having the kitchen area as well.

We went to the front desk hoping a room might be available but sadly it wasn't. Kathy at the front indicated she'd call me personally if anything opened up. There were quite a few groups of ppl with suitcases that appeared to be waiting in the downstairs lobby, so we were realistic but optimistic. We fully expected that we might be stuck wandering like zombies for hours. We grabbed breakfast at the hotel restaurant downstairs and before we even finished, Kathy called me to let me know she had a room for us. She went above and beyond and had the most amazing customer service. We gratefully got a few hours of sleep to prepare us for the rest of our weekend. We also received a 25 nightly credit that could be used at participating hotel restaurants during certain evening hours, but not at the Market. Our room was clean and comfortable. I was on the 20th floor with a river view which was beautiful. I could still hear some music from the boats on the river, which surprised me being that high up, but it wasn't loud enough to disturb my sleep. My mother was on the 30th floor and said she didn't hear anything. Transportation was super convenient. Taxis are right outside, Ubers were easy to get, and there's even a place inside the hotel to rent a car. They even had an area where you can check in for your flight and I believe you could print boarding tickets. There are also nice sitting areas throughout the hotel with city views, charging stations and fireplaces, plus a gym and spaces that look like they can be used for private events. Everyone was nice, but Camille at the front desk was especially helpful and accommodating. It's a little pricey, but we enjoyed our stay. The room even passed my high touch area clean. when I come into hotels I know they have tons of rooms to clean and so they do them very quickly and miss spots so yes, I do come into hotel rooms and clean my room and I will say some hotels comes up dirty especially on the high touch areas but I have to say my room did not have any dirt come up. the bed wasn't the most comfortable. Total was $660 with tax etc. Look, it doesn't pass the eye test. It's in a fine area downtown (nothing too shady) but the lobby is meh and the set up is weird, you walk outside to take an elevator up to the rooms. The elevator itself was super sketch and had trash all inside it. The floor layout is very motel like, creaky lights and dusty, so I was scared to finally get to my room. Lo and behold, the room was fine. Cons: TV is unwatchable, it's horizontal to the bed. No mini fridge (never seen a hotel with no mini fridge). Above all else, the room was clean, bathroom clean, and bed was comfy. Hotel was quiet too, but omg the AC unit is literally from the 1980s and so loud I had to turn it off in the AM.
