Most vendors nowadays are not very helpful and often rude but not Balloon & Co! I wanted to create a simple animal theme balloon arch and some balloon centerpieces and Terez was able to make my vision come to life. They come a few hours before your event to sent up and pick up the arch the same day/or night depending on the time of your event. Giant waste of time. We reached out to initially gauge what a backdrop and garland would look like…read moreand cost for a preschool grad party and he called to say he'd love to cut us a deal because he has backdrops from another graduation party and he can use what he creates for us for his marketing so it can be "mutually beneficial". When we got the quote we said we only wanted the backdrop and asked for an updated quote. He kept resending the same quote, citing tech issues, etc. Two weeks later, he finally said he's "not comfortable only renting us the backdrop" - they used to have a $500 min. Well, this is not on his website, it's not on the quote, wasn't mentioned on the call, the texts, the emails and we're days away from our party without a backdrop. He keeps insisting he's giving us "excellent customer service." So frustrating.
