They have specialty balloons available and they can create beautiful party decor! Like it's own backdrop! The store itself is very cutesy and pretty! Love the color combos! Lots of home decor and gifts. Lots of celebrations items to go with different occasions like birthdays, holidays and graduations! Bunch of party supply items are available. They had a small section of Christmas items on sale. Loved the Chinese New Year and Valentines items! Very cute! Service was quick and friendly. I swear I'm not a luddite but I definitely messed up my original review and ended up just posting two pictures? I'll do a quick review again because I feel so strongly about this place. I ordered the balloon arch and it looked so good at day 32 that I reused it for my other kid's birthday party. The picture I included is the actual arch at day 41 and we ended up not getting rid of it until day 63. I don't know what magic they use to tie these balloons off but I've never been able to keep balloons this long in my life. High quality, great service, trust the process, and email them if you have specific questions. read more

I am hooked!!! I used to give gifts of flowers for birthdays, Mother's Day, Father's Day, etc. and in early 2021 I chose to mix it up and try giving a balloon bouquet instead for a birthday. Since then I can't stop giving gifts from this place! I have now given several balloon bouquets for birthdays, Mother's Day and Father's Day. The staff here are very nice and they also deliver within a certain range. In fact, one balloon from them that I had purchased on Feb. 3 is still floating and it is now July 8, incredible!!! When I arrived, I realized I didn't have enough wrapping paper, and while socially distancing, the store clerk was able to help me pick out a roll and add it to my order. This is my second time using Oh Shiny for a custom birthday balloon and they definitely did not disappoint. They go above and beyond to create their custom balloons and their customer service is amazing. I was able to order and provide instructions for my order via their website - they responded immediately to clarify the details and were prompt in getting back to me on any questions. They have a partnership with Dots Cafe and share the plaza. I first discovered them via Dots with their Hot air Balloons package that included a hot air balloon with a series of assorted mini cup cakes included. I have also tried their custom balloon tea series and was pleasantly surprised at how elegant and tastefully they were created. I did have an issue with the main custom balloon deflating a few days after pickup - I contacted the company via email and they were able to fix the situation immediately and were able to provide a replacement within an hour! I cannot think of a better business than this one. My only complaint is that I have not discovered them before! I stumbled upon an Instagram post with a picture of BEAUTIFUL balloons. I quickly clicked on the tag of the business and immediately fell in love! I have always admired balloons! They are just so pretty! In fact it was my first spoken word as a a kid LOL Anyways I quickly jumped onto their website. Pages and pages of beautiful balloons popped up! With Mother's Day coming up I knew this was the place for my mom. The set up was very easy. I chose my balloons and noticed I could even add on a set DOTS cupcakes... WHAT?! This truly is a dream come true. They even added in a special Mother's Day card for free! The only small issue is that you cannot choose your cupcake flavors on the website. BUT I will say I did have a small issue with choosing the delivery date so I emailed the company. They were SO nice and accommodating and quickly helped me fix the problem. Onto delivery. They emailed me about an hour before giving me an hour window into which the balloons and cupcakes would be delivered. Because my parents live in an apartment I was expecting them to leave them close by the front gate. To my surprise I received a picture and the delivery person actually brought it straight to my parents door door! I honestly cannot thank you enough for this. My parents are older and are really not trying to leave the house under any circumstances. They live on the second floor so thank you thank you so much for your kindness!
