For our son's birthday, we didn't need anything too elaborate, just a few balloon bouquets to add some pops of color to the room. I'm really glad I found Balloon Guru for several reasons: 1. Ordering was easy. Carol helped me over the phone, walked me through my options and had some good suggestions. 2. Competitive pricing. 3. Delivery service was great. We were given a 1.5 hr window and Matt came within the first 45 minutes. 4. Color selection. I didn't want the typical rainbow colors, and they had a softer, more subtle assortment of colors. The balloons looked great and lasted the full afternoon. Highly highly recommend!

The "bouquets" of balloons arrived on time, and we're a spectacular display. The heavy mylar balloons are still fully inflated 2 weeks after delivery, while the thinner material lasted about 5 days. They set up so fast and were so professional. I will definitely be recommending them to anybody I hear needing of balloon services in San Diego. Definitely our new go-to vendor for any of our parties and celebrations. They definitely create the type of service that can take your party to the level of celebration. There is quite a big difference visually. Highly recommend and love every bit about them!

We worked with Robert to talk through all of the options to surprise our little guy with two balloon bouquets. I've never seen such imaginative use of balloons the bouquets really look like art. Delivered on time and it's the gift that keeps on giving. As the balloons lose air through the week the little guy is loving playing with them all over the house. It's the best. This is the second time I've used them for parties, and they couldn't be any nicer, greater, or more fantastic to work with! They made my brother's surprise 50th birthday extra special and will always be my go-to company for parties. They go out of their way to accommodate- which is hard to find in this day and age! What an amazing group of people to put this together and extra mention, they had to have been exhausted after all of the fourth of July holiday orders and deliveries this past weekend. Shannyn was great to work with and rocked the Penguin balloon delivery for my mom's birthday. My mom was shocked and delighted and moved to tears when she saw the bouquet. I had actually shopped around a bit to find a store that had a penguin balloon and then Shannyn said she could build a bouquet around it. She asked me about color preferences and shared the different types of balloon styles they had and she really nailed it. I am thrilled. Very responsive and easy to work with. Established in 1978.

We have been in the crazy world of balloons since 1982! While we were located in Los Angeles for many years, the temptation to move to America's Finest City proved too much to resist. So, in 2008 we moved down to sunny San Diego and haven't looked back since.

She arrived super early, set up the arch and clusters of balloons down my patio and it all looked great! This year I decided to be a little more proactive, so I reached out to Sandi in early June and she took great care of us once again. I could not be happier with Sandi's follow up and professionalism. Her and her team even came back later that night to pick up the arch base so we didn't have to worry about storing it. I needed balloons for my son's bar mitzvah, and was on a strict budget, but had little idea of what exactly it was I wanted. Sandi helped me come up with a simple, but very attractive and festive design, and did it all within my budget. No weird hidden fees or last minutes changes either which I am grateful for. Sandi met me at my temple to check out the place and made sure she set up according to the temple's restrictions (they are very picky about when the balloons can be set up). She also managed to set up two extra centerpieces at the last minute when I realized I needed extra tables to accommodate my guests. She didn't even charge me for those as she knew my budget was all used up! Anyway, I really liked working with Sandi and I think she was the easiest person I dealt with of all the party planning. I definitely recommend her and her business.

Robert at Balloon Guru was amazing! We came from Texas for the NCAA Tournament and only gave him 4 day notice. He not only delivered 4 beautiful Balloon Columns but picked them up on a Sunday and delivered them to our new venue after we won our game. So, I called Balloon Guru in a genuine panic. Forgot a 3-year old niece's birthday and when I was reminded EVEN AMAZON couldn't save me. I called Balloon Guru and spilled my guts to Robert and he told me he could save me and really I'm not sure how much I heard after that but the photo I got from the Birthday Girl's dad showed the most amazing, 3-year-old pleasing display. These guys did an awesome job for my corporate event. They were at the site at 5:30 AM to make sure everything was done on time. We asked them to change some of the colors for us at the last minute and they had no problem with it. They also gave us a great price. We worked with Robert - ask for him. I was impressed when Balloon Expert transformed up utilizing the balloon arch we bought in my daughter's celebration! It was a lot better than issues i experienced anticipated which i bought plenty of words of flattery from mothers and fathers regarding the fun and originality it launched for the celebration.
