I put out an inquiry to 5 different balloon vendors and only one other company reached out to ask me a question. After I provided the answer, they never responded back to me. Balloon Guru was the only vendor actively engaging with me. I had only 2 weeks before my event and needed to book a vendor. The process was quick and efficient. Although I had no other vendors to which I could compare pricing, I did feel the price was a bit expensive. However, when you are in a bit of a time crunch, you have to go with what you got. We ordered 2 balloon columns and 2 demi-arches to help add to the decor for our event. The items were delivered in the promised window and we were pleased with outcome. My only slight complaint was that I wish the demi-arches were a bit taller to not make our taller guests have to bend down to avoid possibly running into a balloon. Other than that, everything went fine with the balloon order. I would recommend Balloon Guru. read more

I had such a great experience with Balloon Guru. From start to finish, everything felt easy and well organized. They were quick to respond, open to ideas, and offered helpful suggestions that made the final setup even better than I imagined. The quality of the balloons and overall design really stood out. Everything looked polished, vibrant, and held up beautifully throughout the event. You can tell they care about getting every detail right. On top of that, they were right on time and handled setup smoothly, which made a big difference on a busy day. It's rare to find a team that combines creativity, reliability, and great customer service so well. Highly recommend Balloon Guru if you want something that looks amazing without the stress. read more

Thanks for the making things right and to your staff for the delivery on a Saturday morning

Very beautiful balloons that definitely set the vibe I was going for with our party. Delivery was on time and was set up very well. The once downside was the fact that it was VERY expensive read more

For our son's birthday, we didn't need anything too elaborate, just a few balloon bouquets to add some pops of color to the room. I'm really glad I found Balloon Guru for several reasons: 1. Ordering was easy. Carol helped me over the phone, walked me through my options and had some good suggestions. 2. Competitive pricing. 3. Delivery service was great. We were given a 1.5 hr window and Matt came within the first 45 minutes. 4. Color selection. I didn't want the typical rainbow colors, and they had a softer, more subtle assortment of colors. The balloons looked great and lasted the full afternoon. Highly highly recommend! read more

Another 5 star review, with pleasure. My wife discussed her needs over the phone, and scheduled delivery for two days later. The "bouquets" of balloons arrived on time, and we're a spectacular display. The heavy mylar balloons are still fully inflated 2 weeks after delivery, while the thinner material lasted about 5 days. We'd do business with them again. read more

My Mama and I shopped around for a balloon delivery service for a good week. After quite a few quotes and comparisons, we were so thankful we went with Balloon Guru. They knew what they were doing and were so professional. They walked her through the order until she was satisfied and ready to proceed and BAM made it happen. They have such a wide selection and can make your ideas come to life. Or, you can have no idea and just know what colors you want and let them do their magic. The delivery was prompt and they were so helpful. They even went the extra step to help us piggy curl the bottom of the balloons. Especially after noting that I actually have a balloon phobia lol. They set up so fast and were so professional. I will definitely be recommending them to anybody I hear needing of balloon services in San Diego. Definitely our new go-to vendor for any of our parties and celebrations. They definitely create the type of service that can take your party to the level of celebration. There is quite a big difference visually. Highly recommend and love every bit about them! read more

The power of Yelp comes through once again! We were looking for an extraordinary balloon bouquet to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday. We're in NorCal and she is in SD, so it would have been difficult to visit a local shop. And the various online companies either were too busy to deliver that particular day or didn't have anything impressive to offer. Robert was so responsive to my inquiry. He has the process locked down in working to meet customer needs and expectations. Give him the theme, colors, budget, etc. and he will work his magic. My daughter and her friends were surprised and impressed by the bouquet. Thanks so much Robert! read more

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Highly recommend Balloon Guru for your events. It was my sons 2nd birthday and 2nd COVID birthday. We worked with Robert to talk through all of the options to surprise our little guy with two balloon bouquets. I've never seen such imaginative use of balloons the bouquets really look like art. Delivered on time and it's the gift that keeps on giving. As the balloons lose air through the week the little guy is loving playing with them all over the house. It's the best. Evan delivered the balloons on time and texted on his way. All the way around a great experience. Will definitely call again. read more

Shannyn was great to work with and rocked the Penguin balloon delivery for my mom's birthday. My mom was shocked and delighted and moved to tears when she saw the bouquet. I had actually shopped around a bit to find a store that had a penguin balloon and then Shannyn said she could build a bouquet around it. She asked me about color preferences and shared the different types of balloon styles they had and she really nailed it. I am thrilled. Very responsive and easy to work with. this being my first encounter with a baloon guru...or any sort of balloon creationist for that matter...i have to say i'm impressed. balloons are like magical faries for kids so i decided to suprise my girls with a balloon "arch" for their birthday party. Turns out balloons, when used to make cool stuff, are not cheap. Our magical arch was $150- i little steap, but worth it. Robert came when he said he would and created exactly what i had described to him over the phone. If you're in the market for something a little different- and you like balloons- try him. you wont be disappointed. read more
