How did I figure out if they'd flake out you might ask? The telltale sign is how my inquiry was responded to and what they said they'd do that they didn't do. From the start of the walkthrough, it seemed like we were bothering her and she was not ready for a sit down meeting with us. She kept asking what we want for our event because she does everything. She kept trying to talk over us. She mentioned she mainly does Quinceañeras so it seemed from the start that having a baby shower with 200 people was not her vibe. She kept throwing questions in a rush instead of being helpful and kind. We did all this while standing up and still by the entrance. WE had to ask, "are we able to sit down and discuss pricing with you because we have no idea what you provide." Before she came back out, my husband and I already decided we absolutely DON'T want anything to do with her and her venue. We told her, not to worry and left. I don't know how she has been in business for 14 years. L. Also, why encourage us to do a walkthrough with you if this is how you will treat people. Not only will we reach out again in the future, we will recommend Diviana's Party Rentals to family & friends. Thank you again!

We couldn't have been happier with our decision to hire Sylvia and her team at Affordable Party…read moreRentals! Communication was always on time, and she was always supplying us with the information we needed. What I liked most about this company was that Sylvia gave me a quote along with different ideas and packages to choose from. Instead of me having to tell a company exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend, I really liked having different options and packages to choose from. It made the whole process so much easier. We hired Sylvia for our daughter's 18th birthday party for about 25 people, and everything was perfect. They came early in the morning on the day of the event and set everything up, then came back about an hour before the party started with the food. Everything was right on time and looked amazing. The food was delicious as well, and we had plenty of leftovers. Not one complaint about the food, and these were 18-year-old girls, so that says a lot! We also had a photo booth and the telephone where the girls could leave private messages for the birthday girl. That was such a fun and special touch and ended up being one of my favorite things. Aesthetically, everything looked beautiful, and I'll add some pictures so you can see for yourself. Everyone we worked with from Sylvia's company was professional, friendly, and very efficient. At one point, the wind knocked over some of the photo booth decorations, and they came over right away and fixed everything without us even having to worry about it. One other thing I loved about working with Sylvia is that she is a Navy veteran. If supporting a veteran-owned business is important to you, this is a great way to do it while also getting an amazing product and service. I would absolutely recommend Sylvia and Affordable Party Rentals to anyone planning a party or event. They made everything so easy from start to finish, and we will definitely be using them again!

Victoria has a go getter personality so she set up a meeting right away . I appreciated her quickness compared to the others who were not fast enough to grab my attention. We met up at the event space I gave her the colors, theme, some ideas and my mom's favorite flowers. She looked at everything and gave me a workable package . It really took the weight off my shoulders because I really just wanted to be in the moment during my mom's party and not worrying about anything. I thought I can at least take care of the favors and the cake but when the places that I was planning on ordering from said they wouldn't deliver...I had to second guess myself. I asked Victoria if she happened to do edible favors and a cake. I was in luck because she said she can do both! I was even happier because this way me and my family could just show up and everything would be done. The day of the party everything was set up beautifully and we had tons of compliments! Thanks so much for the awesome birthday displays!
