I paid the deposit after agreeing on a design and confirming date/ time/ location. Although the invoice says final payment is due 24 hours before the event, they asked me to pay in full several days early (so I did). After that, they changed my design and sent a new design mock-up to me on THE MORNING of my event. I was told it was due to an accident. What could I say? I had already paid in full and my party was in a few hours. Payment is via zelle so there was no purchase protection. The colors of my backdrop changed, lights changed, colors and amounts of flowers, and much more changed. They didn't fulfill my order that included additional lights on two of the stands and a photobooth with personalized frame. My name was misspelled on the frame- If she didn't say she would fix it, this would be less irritating. But she told me she'd fix it quickly. It has been a week since my birthday party and still not fixed. She then left the set up and said she'd come back to finish my lights before my party then didn't. She instead texted me that she was in Vista and wouldn't be coming back. She also was going to come move my photo booth for the dance portion of my event then didn't. I'm unsure why she'd promise a customer something, then not follow through. Then ghost me after the event when I'm asking for a finished photos product. The frames still are solid white, no design. It was my 50th Birthday let down. All the while posting on Instagram all of the other events they are doing. It's not good customer service. Didn't offer me any consolation or discount for the many last minute changes and for not following through on the photos that she said she would. I paid $750 for a backdrop and photo booth that was supposed to have a personalized photo frame. So much changed, it felt like it was handing someone $750 and just taking whatever they gave me. Not fair. I would not recommend.

Victoria has a go getter personality so she set up a meeting right away . I appreciated her quickness compared to the others who were not fast enough to grab my attention. We met up at the event space I gave her the colors, theme, some ideas and my mom's favorite flowers. She looked at everything and gave me a workable package . It really took the weight off my shoulders because I really just wanted to be in the moment during my mom's party and not worrying about anything. I thought I can at least take care of the favors and the cake but when the places that I was planning on ordering from said they wouldn't deliver...I had to second guess myself. I asked Victoria if she happened to do edible favors and a cake. I was in luck because she said she can do both! I was even happier because this way me and my family could just show up and everything would be done. The day of the party everything was set up beautifully and we had tons of compliments! You told us how busy you were today having 2 other displays/events and it's obvious that we didn't get the best quality based on how busy you were. - We really just wanted to chat through this with you to figure out a reasonable updated price, but you avoided discussing it with us and never responded, so we made this review. - We did not say 6-7pm was fine for pickup. We mutually agreed on 4pm specifically bc our son goes to sleep between 6-7pm and we wanted everything from the party cleaned up before that. - The fact that it fell over again AFTER your employee supposedly fixed it, says it all. We had to go find bags of gravel to try to keep it standing during the middle of our party. - We did not leave her "equipment" in the street. We live in a nice neighborhood and we left your wooden boards near our front door, leaning safely against our house. - Gol was over 3 hours late to pickup her "equipment" so we actually thought we were doing her a favor, bringing everything to the front of our house. Super disappointed to be honest - these things happen. I'm disappointed at how poorly she handled the situation and how blatantly false her response was. ‍ --------------- Original post: Super disappointed bc they have so many 5 star reviews. - They showed up late to setup - The design was not what we asked for and confirmed prior to payment and the pictures she sent us confirming the design were not what she brought on the day of the party. - The display fell over numerous times, nearly falling on a few toddlers playing right next to it. - The balloons repeatedly came off and were popping - They were 3+ hours late in picking up the displays at the end of the day - We politely texted Gol stating why were weren't happy and she said she'd be there in person to address our issues. Instead of talking to us, she picked up her displays with out telling us she was here and stopped responding to us. Never using her services again. You're better off finding someone else!

He reads the crowd of kids and finds the kid who seems a sad and cheers them up... the kid who had a little too much sugar calms them down. He was the toddler whisperer at our event. It allowed all the adults the ability to enjoy ourselves while the kids were occupied. And they had a great time with the events carefully administered by creative entertainment.
