He was so flexible that I even changed my time frame just a couple weeks before the event. It was an absolute hit! At first I was second guessing since balloon animals might be considered fun for a younger group of kids (age 3-6) but I was completely wrong. Most of the kids at our communion party were age 7 to 9 and they all loved the balloons. They were all intricately done and extremely detailed. I would highly recommend cruzzing balloons. He is extremely talented and I would absolutely hire him again.

They were a year apart,…read moreand I thought maybe the first time around it was just bad luck, but the second time I felt I must write in a review. This guy is extremely rude, and isn't very fair or friendly to the kids. He doesn't understand how to balance the amount of time he's spending on each creation with the amount of kids waiting in line. He'll spend an insane amount of time making a really intricate and complex balloon for one customer if he finds it interesting, and the make a two-second balloon for the next customer who's been waiting for an hour. He seems to be making the balloons for his own creative enjoyment rather than as a service to the people that are waiting for them. He doesn't smile or talk to the kids, he's rude to the parents. We spent an hour waiting in line in the sun to get a balloon for my son and my daughter. He made my daughter a 2 second balloon, and then told me we had to get back in line again to wait for my son to get a balloon. When I argued with him and said that all the other parents were waiting in line once to get their kids each a balloon, he got rude and just left. Honestly, I really can't believe he's still in business doing anything with kids. I do think he's fantastic at making balloon art, but overall each time my kids have waited and tried to get a balloon they've left super sad and hot and tired.

Victoria has a go getter personality so she set up a meeting right away . I appreciated her quickness compared to the others who were not fast enough to grab my attention. We met up at the event space I gave her the colors, theme, some ideas and my mom's favorite flowers. She looked at everything and gave me a workable package . It really took the weight off my shoulders because I really just wanted to be in the moment during my mom's party and not worrying about anything. I thought I can at least take care of the favors and the cake but when the places that I was planning on ordering from said they wouldn't deliver...I had to second guess myself. I asked Victoria if she happened to do edible favors and a cake. I was in luck because she said she can do both! I was even happier because this way me and my family could just show up and everything would be done. The day of the party everything was set up beautifully and we had tons of compliments! Thanks so much for the awesome birthday displays!

Update based on Gol's response:…read more - Your response to our review is inaccurate and shows the lack of communication we experienced. You told us how busy you were today having 2 other displays/events and it's obvious that we didn't get the best quality based on how busy you were. - We really just wanted to chat through this with you to figure out a reasonable updated price, but you avoided discussing it with us and never responded, so we made this review. - We did not say 6-7pm was fine for pickup. We mutually agreed on 4pm specifically bc our son goes to sleep between 6-7pm and we wanted everything from the party cleaned up before that. - The fact that it fell over again AFTER your employee supposedly fixed it, says it all. We had to go find bags of gravel to try to keep it standing during the middle of our party. - We did not leave her "equipment" in the street. We live in a nice neighborhood and we left your wooden boards near our front door, leaning safely against our house. - Gol was over 3 hours late to pickup her "equipment" so we actually thought we were doing her a favor, bringing everything to the front of our house. Super disappointed to be honest - these things happen. I'm disappointed at how poorly she handled the situation and how blatantly false her response was. ‍ --------------- Original post: Super disappointed bc they have so many 5 star reviews. - They showed up late to setup - The design was not what we asked for and confirmed prior to payment and the pictures she sent us confirming the design were not what she brought on the day of the party. - The display fell over numerous times, nearly falling on a few toddlers playing right next to it. - The balloons repeatedly came off and were popping - They were 3+ hours late in picking up the displays at the end of the day - We politely texted Gol stating why were weren't happy and she said she'd be there in person to address our issues. Instead of talking to us, she picked up her displays with out telling us she was here and stopped responding to us. Never using her services again. You're better off finding someone else!
