I was really nervous that I wasn't going to find anyone that could help me out, but Sandi was able to fit us in and did an amazing job. She arrived super early, set up the arch and clusters of balloons down my patio and it all looked great! This year I decided to be a little more proactive, so I reached out to Sandi in early June and she took great care of us once again. I could not be happier with Sandi's follow up and professionalism. Her and her team even came back later that night to pick up the arch base so we didn't have to worry about storing it. I will definitely continue to use Sandi and Balloon Utopia year after year for our Pride balloon needs! You won't find a more accommodating and professional team.

I needed balloons for my son's bar mitzvah, and was on a strict budget, but had little idea of what exactly it was I wanted. Sandi helped me come up with a simple, but very attractive and festive design, and did it all within my budget. No weird hidden fees or last minutes changes either which I am grateful for. Sandi met me at my temple to check out the place and made sure she set up according to the temple's restrictions (they are very picky about when the balloons can be set up). She also managed to set up two extra centerpieces at the last minute when I realized I needed extra tables to accommodate my guests. She didn't even charge me for those as she knew my budget was all used up! Anyway, I really liked working with Sandi and I think she was the easiest person I dealt with of all the party planning. You told us how busy you were today having 2 other displays/events and it's obvious that we didn't get the best quality based on how busy you were. - We really just wanted to chat through this with you to figure out a reasonable updated price, but you avoided discussing it with us and never responded, so we made this review. - We did not say 6-7pm was fine for pickup. We mutually agreed on 4pm specifically bc our son goes to sleep between 6-7pm and we wanted everything from the party cleaned up before that. - The fact that it fell over again AFTER your employee supposedly fixed it, says it all. We had to go find bags of gravel to try to keep it standing during the middle of our party. - We did not leave her "equipment" in the street. We live in a nice neighborhood and we left your wooden boards near our front door, leaning safely against our house. - Gol was over 3 hours late to pickup her "equipment" so we actually thought we were doing her a favor, bringing everything to the front of our house. Super disappointed to be honest - these things happen. Victoria has a go getter personality so she set up a meeting right away . I appreciated her quickness compared to the others who were not fast enough to grab my attention. We met up at the event space I gave her the colors, theme, some ideas and my mom's favorite flowers. She looked at everything and gave me a workable package . He reads the crowd of kids and finds the kid who seems a sad and cheers them up... the kid who had a little too much sugar calms them down. He was the toddler whisperer at our event. It allowed all the adults the ability to enjoy ourselves while the kids were occupied. And they had a great time with the events carefully administered by creative entertainment.
