What an amazing entertainment company! 20 kids were captivated for a solid 2 hours with magic, balloons and airbrushed tattoos. Judah had a gift. He reads the crowd of kids and finds the kid who seems a sad and cheers them up... the kid who had a little too much sugar calms them down. He was the toddler whisperer at our event. I had a great experience with Creative Entertainment, I called them a few days before my event looking for a balloon artist, Judah was very helpful and got back to me once he was able to confirm an artist would be available. I booked an hour with the artist for about 20 small kids and it was a hit, the artists name was Marcial and he was very polite, professional and great with the kids. After reading many of the 5 star reviews on Yelp, I was super excited to use this company for my son's 5th birthday party. I was very disappointed when the artist, Daniela, failed to show up for the party. I completely understand mistakes happen and companies are bound to have mix-ups. If I would have been told the truth of what happened and/or been communicated with about the event, my experience and feeling toward this company would be a lot different. My email to the company in response to not showing up for my son's birthday party is below and can be read for further details of what happened. My advice to anyone looking to book Daniela for their next event would be to make sure you are receiving responses to your emails and preferably a phone call. Make sure you get a follow up confirmation a few days before your event. Hi Daniela,  Thank you for reaching out. I would like to start out by saying I completely understand mistakes are inevitable and I understand things are bound to happen at times. I fully grasp the craziness of the season and I am sure you and your company are very overwhelmed. With that said, I believe both you and Creative Entertainment handled the situation on Sunday very poorly. Let's start from the beginning.  I originally reached out through an online inquiry, after calling your company and receiving no answer, on Saturday, October 14th. I received an email from you on Monday, October 16th to which I followed up with an immediate reply/question back within 20 min. I sent an additional question on the same email chain on October 17th. It wasn't until October 23rd that I heard back from you and again I immediately responded with my interest in proceeding to book the event. I received no confirmation of booking until 2 days later on Oct. 25th. I promptly approved the invoice you sent over on that date. At this point, I was already skeptical of your company with the delays in response but I mistakenly assumed you and your company were very busy during the fall/Oct events going on in San Diego. I grew more and more anxious about the booking as the date approached since I received little to no communication from you. The morning of the event, I actually said to my husband that I was not going to be surprised if you forgot about my party since I had not heard from you.  I tried calling you numerous times on Sunday, Nov. 5th. I first tried your phone number listed in the email. Your phone would ring once and go to voicemail and your voicemail was full. After multiple attempts and 40 minutes past the time you were to show up, I called the number to Creative Entertainment. After 3 attempts of being sent directly to voicemail with a full mailbox on this line as well, I finally got through and was able to leave a message. At that time, I received a text message in response to my voicemail stating you had not shown up to the party. The person communicating with me was apologetic, but never once picked up the phone to speak to me. They proceeded to make excuses of being in a "crowded area" and had "bad connection", as if I should be accommodating to whatever situation they were dealing with at the time. Meanwhile, I had a house full of 5-7 year olds who were all beyond excited for a face painter/balloon artist to be at the party. As you are well aware, no accommodation was made for your lack of presence at the party and I had to explain this to the kids.  Although I appreciate you extending the same service to me at no cost in the future, I have no plans to redo my son's 5th birthday party. He will most likely always remember his 5th birthday for the fact that the face painter he was so excited about not making it to his party. I believe this situation could have been handled in a more professional manner all around. You and Creative Entertainment could have easily picked up the phone to give me a call and explain the situation - which I will remind you, neither of you did. Once again, it has taken you a full three business days to reach out after the incident via email. I do not believe you had a scheduling conflict/scheduling situation for my event since I received no communication via email, text message, or phone to discuss the rescheduling. I should have received a new invoice with the correct date and time if I had rescheduled my event. I obviously never spoke to you, verbally or written, to communicate a change of date.  I now firmly believe you are poorly running your company, as well as making up excuses for your mistake instead of being honest and upfront, and I will strongly recommend no one I know book with your company in the future. I would hate for more 5 year olds to be disappointed, just as my son and his friends were on Sunday. I hope you look forward to reading my review on Yelp shortly. read more

I couldn't be happier or more impressed with Judah and his entertaining abilities. I had 15 kids age 3-6 at my home for a birthday party and Judah's expert skills made my party fun and memorable for everyone. Even the adults were captivated by his totally awesome energy and positive vibes. His magic show is top notch! His balloon art is out of this world - we had light sabers of all different colors, spider-man balloons, airplanes, you name it - he can make it. Bianca and Judah were at our daughter's 3rd birthday party and they were amazing. Bianca, was our face painter and her talent can be clearly seen through her paintings. I really wonder how she pulled of painting around 15 kids in 1 and half hr. Even if the requested art is not in her catalog she looked at images on phone and painted. Peppa pig, butterfly, unicorn, lion, tiger, princess painting for my daughter (it was frozen theme party) were some of her paintings which gained lots of appreciation. She is a true talent. Judah was our balloon twister and he was there for an hour. He was very patient and friendly. He was a true entertainer. My wife made contact with him and price and availability were determined. He was very clear about what services he offered and quoted very reasonable prices. I must give it to these wonderful team for working with me despite the last minute changes in location. Judah and his team are highly professional. I was looking for an entertainer for my daughters first birthday party. My fiance and I had dined at Corvette Diner and asked him for his business card. The day of the party I had a set back when we had to change the location. Judah was very accommodating and I was comforted in knowing that it would be taken care of.
