Awesome experience with Pretend! Tyler sent us an amazing balloon artist. All the kids enjoyed the balloon animals. He brought in a little menu for the kids to be able to choose what they want (poodle, dog on a leash, flower, etc.). read more

Fantastic communication, services, and quality of work. I used them for balloon arch and balloon twisting. The quality of these balloon creations were absolutely amazing. Worth the money. I highly recommend them. I feel bad for the balloon artists bc they create these magical masterpieces and some of the kids would pop the balloons within 5 minutes. Regardless, I would hire them again. We had two artists and it was perfect for about 30-40 kids. We actually had to extend their time b/c 1.5 hours wasn't enough. We ended using them for the entire duration of the event. Drew and Mike were my balloon artists--I would welcome them back! read more

You must book these guys for your party!!! We booked Tyler for balloons and Drew for Caricature for our son's first birthday party. This duo was the talk of the party! Both guys were very friendly and easy to talk to. Tyler is hands down the master of balloon creations and has a sense of humor! Drew was fantastic with the caricature drawings and he went for 3 hours straight without a break. They were AMAZING with the kids (adults too)! Everyone loved their balloon creations and drawings. So many people asked me where I found them. I had to extend the time in the end so they can get a few more in. You seriously can't go wrong with booking these guys! read more

Pretend is awesome! We hired them for our twin daughters' 5th birthday party and they were a real hit. Tyler is extremely easy to work with and very reasonable. We hired Tyler for the balloon artistry and a face painting artist. Both were exceptional! Tyler's balloon skills are just fantastic. We had a Paw Patrol theme and Tyler came with a Chase and Skye balloon for our girls - very thoughtful and a nice touch! The face painting was also amazing - the best I have seen! We had a ton of kids there - at least 30 or so and each kid got a balloon and their face painted in a 2 hour window! We are very pleased with Pretend and will be hiring them again. We cannot recommend Pretend enough! read more

I met Tyler by chance as I googled kids party entertainment, looking for something special. I booked Tyler 5 years ago for my daughters birthday party and he has been an essential part of every birthday since. I am a very particular, almost borderline perfectionist, I like to make both my children's birthday's memorable ones- absorb myself in the magic of early childhood fun, knowing as they grow- my influence of party fun diminishes . So, within minutes of a swarm of 5 year olds upon him, I knew Tyler was the "something special." Every party, EVERY one- parents and kids have left not talking about much other than Tyler. His balloon transformations are amazing, his ability to talk with a wide age range of kids is natural, his conduct and overall "performance" is top notch. My 5 year old just had a birthday & the first thing out of his mouth was, can we have Tyler over? I recommend Tyler for anything you are entertaining for. He just meshes with anything given. His pure magic is with his talent to transform an ordinary balloon, into something kids hold on to and make a point of taking home. Tyler is perfect- amazing talent and rare find. Every year I look forward to knowing Tyler will be a part of my kids memories. read more

I hired Tyler to go to my children's classrooms on their birthdays to make balloon animals for all of the kids. He was amazing! He kept the attention and entertained a classroom on 3 year olds, no problem! Then he went to my other son's class and was just as good with the 5 year olds. He had fun jokes, and tricks and kept the kiddies laughing! read more

We hired Pretend Inc to do airbrush tattoos and have a cotton candy machine at my husband's 40th birthday party. Per my request, Tyler and his team created custom tattoo stencils. They were AMAZING. Our guests had so much fun getting 'inked'. They were professional, clean, and classy! I would absolutely use Pretend Inc again. read more

I booked Tyler for my son's 5th birthday and he was awesome! His skill is phenomenal. Not only did the children love their balloon creations, the parents were amazed by his skills and intricate detail. I remember one parent asking him to make a monkey for their daughter. Not only did he make a monkey, he made a palm tree with bananas on them to go along with the monkey! He's also attentive. One parent asked for light sabers for their sons. He asked for their ages. One was a toddler so he made sure their light saber was a little shorter so it was easier to hold. He's great. Responds to e-mails quickly. Definitely will book again. read more

My family and I recently went to the Corvette Diner for our first time and had a blast! We had no expectations as we had just heard of it and it was late and we were pretty hungry. It's hard to find a place that everyone loves. We met this cool balloon man who made our entire experience even better. He not only was super talented with his creative balloon characters, but he was also entertaining with his charismatic, funny personality. If you ever have a party or a need for hired entertainment for kids, or even adults, I highly recommend Tyler. read more
