Great Decor! I had a big outdoor space for my mom- Wee Gather worked with me throughout the process. Also dealt with me being east coast time. Brought the party to life - thank you!

Cannot say enough great things about this place! Andrea and Sierra are amazing and great at making your vision come to life. They set up the most beautiful baby shower for me this summer. They also offered holiday photos with Santa and it was again a fun and beautiful experience! If you're looking for event planners or a place to have your event/party this is your place. My family and i are so grateful for the weegather team. We will be back again

I can't rave enough about this company & the gals at Wee Gather!! Sierra especially though was an absolute JOY to work with! I was on a bit of a time crunch in planning a baby shower at an off-site location and she executed everything perfectly. Planning a shower for 100 guests surely is not easy, but she made the entire process so incredibly seamless and paid attention to even the littlest of details. From start to finish, she listened to every idea I had & understood the exact vision I had wanted! I was truly amazed at how much time and effort went into this -- from the centerpieces, flowers arrangements, amazing balloon arch and custom-made sign...the entire party was blown away! To top it all off, having Sierra & Amber set-up and pick-up was such a huge help and time saver!! I'll definitely be reaching out to these girls for any events I have next!

If you are looking for an event planner that will create an unforgettable occasion ~ I highly recommend Weegather for any of your upcoming celebrations! I booked their offsite event package not knowing exactly what to expect, but the ladies at Weegather made planning easy from start to finish. I am a bit of a control freak when it comes to planning, but I quickly learned that I was in good hands with the ladies at Weegather! They listened to my ideas and were able to transform an already beautiful backyard into a GORGEOUS space to celebrate our 1st time momma to be. Teresa (our planner) was very responsive and able to help with local recommendations. She took the shower theme and made it even better than I imagined. Every detail was perfect! The day of the shower, the ladies at Weegather swooped in and took care of everything from set up to tear down. Our guests all commented that it was a pinterest worthy event! I can't thank them enough for creating a memorable day for everyone!

Such an amazing place and company!! I could not recommend this place enough. We had about 30 people at it was absolutely perfect between the indoor and outdoor space. The decor was so well thought out and I'm so grateful for all of their hard work to make this seamless for my first pregnancy and baby shower. We had rambunctious kids who were able to run around and also have fun so it was great for all ages. My cousin got us the full package so they setup and clean up; well worth it all. Will definitely use again and would recommend 10/10! Thank you so so much for an awesome shower!

The ladies at WeeGather were sensational! We used WeeGather to host our gender reveal party. The service they provided was beyond amazing. They allowed us to come in before the party started to approve of the decorations and the setup provided which was spot on with the vision we shared with them. They made this event as less stressful as possible which was our main reasoning for choosing WeeGather. We will definitely use WeeGather again.

I put a deposit on a party at Wee Gather and then covid hit. We had to cancel. This year I reached out to the new owner, Andrea, and made a plan to use the deposit toward a balloon bouquet for an outdoor party for my little one. Andrea is amazing. She met us at Liberty Station and helped us set up the balloons. She was very nice and totally accommodating. The balloons were beautiful and such a hit with the littles. The party was on March 15th and we brought the balloons home that day and hung them on our bannister. I was reminded to write this review because I just took the balloons down last night!!!!! They have looked good for two months. Come to think of it, it's a little lonely around here without the balloons. Haha! Thank you so much for adding the magic to our party, Andrea.

Wee Gather was the best idea for our son's 3rd birthday party!!! They have it all figured out and they absolutely slay it when it comes to executing a kids party!! We planned on a race car theme and Sierra went above and beyond with the style and decor. She put into action everything she said she would, and more. 11 out of 10!!! I would highly recommend this place!!! Thank you to the Wee Gather team!!

I contacted Sierra, she immediately booked an appointment to come in to meet her and to look the venue. Wee Gather is truly a hidden gem. At first site, you might think it won't accommodate large party....WRONG!! The space was perfect for our party and our party needs. There is an oversized outdoor patio,All of our needs were met during the planning process professional, reassuring and supportive. She listened to ALL of my desires. By the time of the party, Sierra pulled out every bell and whistle to make my daughter first birthday party special,it's was breathtaking.I felt like she was family. I would recommend that you give her full creative direction for your event because you really tries to execute your vision and brings it to life. I can't rave enough Sierra, she is kind understanding, responsive making your event as visually appealing/beautiful, as it is meaningful! I'm already mentally planning my next event.and I don't know what it is :) Thank you so much for all you did for our family

We celebrated my niece's 2nd birthday here and it was cuteness overload. It a Moana theme, she turned the place into a Hawaiian island. The front room is the eating and play area. There is a little wooden play house for the kids. A drink station with mini fridge. And the cutest bathroom with rainbow sprinkle wallpaper. Then there is the back patio area. A portion is shaded and the rest is open. She had a little kids table and play tent setup in the back. She also set up the appetizer table under the patio. We setup some games in the back. There is also plenty of seating and chairs. We also used the baker she recommended for the birthday cake and matching cupcakes. We just gave her the personalized accessories we wanted for the party. And she incorporated it all into her party scheme. We just had to show up to party. The table layout was perfect, it just looked so incredibly cute. We are very happy with how everything turned out. She took care of getting the food and making sure the cake came on time. We didn't have to worry about anything. Overall I was happy with everything. The space is only rented out for 2 hours. And that's firm. I'm sure we'll keep this in mind for the next event we have.

Im so glad i found this place online! Did my baby shower here and thank you to Sierra for making all my plans possible! I got lots of compliments with all the arrangements and everything. We would love to book this place again for future events :)

I was so thankful for wee gather for my son's one year old birthday. The space first of all was adorable and the decor that ElIzabeth and Gabriella put together was the exact vision I had for the event. They really went above and beyond to make sure that the event went smoothly as we had about 80 guests. I loved the space itself, the thoughtful and chic decor and just how kind and helpful they both were in making sure that the day was not stressful for us. We could not have been happier with wee gather and are so happy that a space like this exists in San Diego!!!

The things I didn't love were the main dishes they had for catering -- they were a bit bland -- but the sides were really good. The bar was just okay. The beers were super cold and crisp, but the mixed cocktails were "ehh" at best. Our company provided us with two drink tickets, so anything after that you paid out of pocket, though the prices weren't bad. If I remember correctly, mixed drinks were $7. On the way out, parking did become a bit of a headache. It's one of those paid parking systems where the venue provides a ticket for free parking, but people trying to figure out how to use it ended up backing everyone up as we were leavng.

Housed inside Point Loma's oldest home -- fascinating! -- it is such a cozy, warm, welcoming little historic place. Established in 2017, it was inspired by one of the co-owner's dream of creating a community-centered cafe like those on the East Coast. The team is so kind and attentive -- just wonderful folks who make you feel right at home and in good company. The restaurant features breakfast all day, with signature dishes such as homemade brioche French toast, breakfast scrambles, burritos, sandwiches, acai bowls and a daily selection of fresh-baked pastries including scones, rolls, cookies and more. They also offer salads and sandwiches, including a BLT, club and veggie wrap. They sometimes have soups and chili, tool. I was even treated to a 1/4 slice of cookie -- a thank you and a surprise sample on my first visit. The menus is large, and there are plenty of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. They also serve a range of coffee, espresso, teas and alcoholic beverages, including mimosas. There is also wonderful and shaded outdoor seating in the front and back and it is quite spacious inside. And they have a lovely garden out back with all kinds of succulent plants, lavender and fruit. The space is great for groups of small or larger sizes, and the patio is dog friendly. And the music is kept pretty low and the ambiance is more chill than not, so it is also a great place to study or work -- though they do have a 90-minute limit when they are busy. And this is an interesting tidbit: Roseville 2nd Story is a flexible co-working space located on the renovated upper floor of the historic Jennings House. The space includes fixed-location desks with free house coffee, water and printer access -- plus a 15% discount on all food and beverages. You can reserve Friday through Tuesday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. (daily access for $20, weekly access for $75 and monthly access for $275, with a 10% discount available for bookings of three months or more, payable in advance). You will find a few parking spots in the back, and street parking out front. And be sure to carve out some time to check out the restaurant. The Jennings House, with support from the La Playa Trail Association, is also an exhibit full of historic photographs and some furniture highlighting the history of the city, the military community, the San Diego Yacht Club and the area's Portuguese heritage.

As I live in Philadelphia but had the wedding take place in my hometown of San Diego, the last days, and many more besides, were hectic! Who knew weddings could be a cause of family drama, eh? BMR made my family's backyard, which is where the reception took place, look absolutely magical. We had purchased our flowers by walking into a flower warehouse- BMR's team arranged them for the centerpieces, made boutonnieres and my bouquet, all done perfectly. We had rented the tables, chairs, table-cloths and all other fancy miscellanea, and enlisted one of my relatives to bring over bundles of themed items- BMR set everything up and had it looking far better than I imagined it could look. Mandy, the owner/manager, had, er, managed to use some cheap white cloth as a covering to our ugly plywood overhang. It was a similar look to those tent rentals that are becoming popular. As far as I know, my parents have kept it, it looks so lovely and uses so little to add a punch. There are other things I must be forgetting, but hopefully the picture is coming together of all the work The creme de la creme was a huge, we're talking 10'x5'?, banner that was hung to block our wonderful but unsightly neighbor's yard. It was custom to match our wedding invitation font, completely BMR's idea. It also matched our logo, which was a bit unusual (octopus&silkworm) but was made to retain elegance. My husband loved it and still talks about it. Our reception was gorgeous, and BMR worked incredibly hard to make it so. This was made even more difficult by the aforementioned family drama and too many wannabe chiefs. BMR still managed to fix everything in a creative, cost-friendly (due to our own needs), breathtaking way all the while calmly dealing with family madness. For the high price, I was expecting better food and service. When we arrived and checked-in, we got a couple of cocktails, so that was a good start. The staff was eager to take photos of my husband and I, so that was nice as well. When it was time to go to our designated dome, we had to check with the staff again, which was no big deal. I liked that each dome had different aesthetics inside. Ours was nicely decorated, with a winter theme. It was pretty chilly, so blankets and a heater were also provided inside the dome. To start, we were given some bread rolls, but if you want anymore, it was an extra cost. Drinks, including water, was also extra. The first course was a tiny white bean salad, which didn't arrive until almost an hour later. The main course arrive about another hour later. Our group chose all three options, which included a Baja pink grouper, boneless chicken breast, and a vegetarian dish. When you make your reservation, you don't know what you'll be eating, except that it will be either seafood, meat, or vegetarian. I wasn't expecting a chicken dish to be included in a 3-course meal that costed $150 per person (not including tax, tip, drinks, or service charge). Dessert was some kind of butter cake. The food wad mediocre at best and service was slow as a snail. The only good thing was the pretty domes we got to sit in, but I felt that it was not worth the hype. First course was a salad with garbanzo beans, not a big dish, but very tasty. The main course was meat or fish. I had the fish dish which was sea bass with a risotto. The meat dish was chicken with cauliflower, maybe not very impressive and many expected meat to be beef not chicken. Finally the dessert was semi-fredo with honeycomb. Very tasty We had a pinot and a cabinet sauvignon with the meal. The pinot was not much of an experience and the cabernet too heavy. Given that the meal is $500+ for four people, without the wine, we were disappointed with the quality of the food. Overall fantastic experience but the food was at best mediocre.
