All the parents at the party were so happy to have their kids fully entertained for 2 hours. I priced out multiple clowns and she was very reasonably priced for how much she would do in 2 hours. (Keep in mind this is my only contact with her, she never spoke to me prior). I had organized a taco truck company and jumper/snow cone machine so I was busy dealing with other companies during the event. My wife, mother, and two other adult guests informed me she had been extremely snippy during the process. When she arrived she kept asking about payments and during the process just asking about payments. She got paid, she got the deposit but there was a lot of attitude given. I'm giving positive stars because she does a great job and the kids were happy with the product. However, a better "happy heart" should come with that service.

He was so flexible that I even changed my time frame just a couple weeks before the event. It was an absolute hit! At first I was second guessing since balloon animals might be considered fun for a younger group of kids (age 3-6) but I was completely wrong. Most of the kids at our communion party were age 7 to 9 and they all loved the balloons. They were all intricately done and extremely detailed. I would highly recommend cruzzing balloons. He is extremely talented and I would absolutely hire him again.

They were a year apart,…read moreand I thought maybe the first time around it was just bad luck, but the second time I felt I must write in a review. This guy is extremely rude, and isn't very fair or friendly to the kids. He doesn't understand how to balance the amount of time he's spending on each creation with the amount of kids waiting in line. He'll spend an insane amount of time making a really intricate and complex balloon for one customer if he finds it interesting, and the make a two-second balloon for the next customer who's been waiting for an hour. He seems to be making the balloons for his own creative enjoyment rather than as a service to the people that are waiting for them. He doesn't smile or talk to the kids, he's rude to the parents. We spent an hour waiting in line in the sun to get a balloon for my son and my daughter. He made my daughter a 2 second balloon, and then told me we had to get back in line again to wait for my son to get a balloon. When I argued with him and said that all the other parents were waiting in line once to get their kids each a balloon, he got rude and just left. Honestly, I really can't believe he's still in business doing anything with kids. I do think he's fantastic at making balloon art, but overall each time my kids have waited and tried to get a balloon they've left super sad and hot and tired.

The DJ was awesome and kept my guests engaged which was great since I had kids, teens, and adults. He also handled all the MC functions and followed my timeline as discussed. He also made last minute suggestions to ensure my ceremony had music in the background to make it more enjoyable. The photo booth was awesome and my guests were enjoying taking pictures. I didn't pay much attention to the Photo Booth when I reserved my venue, but realized how many memories were being created during the party. I reached over a week later and Beto sent me a digital link really quickly. We were reliving the party once we saw them. Thank you Beto for making my daughter's Quinceañera so memorable and keeping the energy high with the music and services.

Beto from Mega Party Events came highly recommended, and after reviewing his services, I saw that he truly offered everything I needed. It's good to know for next time that I can simply go to him as a one stop shop. When our original meeting location got mixed up, he offered to meet me wherever was convenient and ended up meeting my husband and me at the restaurant we were at. From that first conversation, his attention to detail stood out - he listened carefully and honored our requests without later changing the terms, which is something I've experienced with other vendors. We booked DJ services, an LED floor, lighting/sparklers, a robot, and a photobooth with him, and he put together a package we were happy with. As our event approached, I stayed in contact with him, and we arranged to meet at the venue at a specific time to do a test run with the DJ and photobooth attendant, which worked out perfectly. On the night of the event, more sparklers were set off than originally planned, which was a great touch. After the event, I realized the photobooth package didn't specifically include doubles, but when I asked for the digital photos, he provided a full download link without hesitation, making it easy for us to relive the celebration. When our coordinator struggled to set up our flower wall backdrop for the photobooth and it seemed like it might not come together, I called Beto in a panic. He came to the venue and made sure it was set up perfectly. The backdrop turned out beautiful, and so did our event. Thanks, Beto!

Not only was he celebrating his first birthday, which is January 25th, but his cousin was born a day later on January 26th, 2017, so they had a conjoined first birthday party. We have a large mixed family and many flew in from different parts of the country (Denver, CO, Truckee, CA, Orange County, CA etc.) and many others places, so not only did we need to accommodate all of the adults, but also the young children they brought. Soft Play Zone was a perfect addition to the party. We rented space at Nobel Athletic Fields Playground ahead of time, so the staff knew exactly which place to set up for the party. They arrived early and came at the end of the party to break everything down. We didn't have to do anything. Everything was very clean when it arrived and when they came to pick it up they cleaned every piece before taking the set away.
