Definitely the business you want doing your creations! We for sure loved the communication and speediness of having the arch we wanted set up on time and broken down on time. I'n fact, they were there before we showed up with the arch almost completely ready to go! It was so pretty! They have a catalogue you can view to choose what type of creation you want. We loved their service and would definitely 110% recommend! -sorry the picture isn't the greatest, but they also set up the banner for us! read more

Balloon Creations Hawaii have been my go to vendor for all my major milestone parties for the past three years! I love Tony and Tiani for their creativity and openness to my ideas. They built and entire 6 foot castle and 6 foot dragon balloon decor within the one hour window at Okinawan center before our party, that was insane to me. They came prepared and they brought their creativity. Thank you for all your support for our baby's first birthday, the decor was a hit and everyone loved it! read more

Love this amazing husband and wife duo!!! This is a local small business worth supporting, not just because they're so nice and thoughtful, but they are so creative and know how to make any event SUPER amazing with their balloon decorations. It's truly magical how they can transform a room or an occasion with what they do. They've also helped me with creating super unique gifts for friends and clients. Instead of the generic gift basket or flower arraignment, they made unique and custom balloon arraignments that made those who we gave them to feel really special. If you aren't creative and have no idea what you want, they are super creative and can take care of all that for you and give you options and ideas. Super easy! read more

We had a great experience with Balloon Creations for my sons 1st bday! Reached out on Yelp about balloons and emailed a few times before the party to decide what balloon package we wanted. It was raining the morning of his party so we had to move a lot of decor inside...Tony and Tiani were so flexible. And helped calm my nerves about the whole setup that morning! As soon as they arrived they started working on setting up and were finished before guests arrived. We received so many compliments about the balloons! Thank you guys so much!! Definitely recommend. read more

If your looking for a unique balloon bouquet or have an idea in mind for a party/event as well I would definitely suggest Ballon creations hawaii. I had a idea in mind for valentines day, but because it was last minute and close to the date I needed... I looked at numerous companies to try and build what I had in mind in the short amount of time. It's not always easy, because some companies required atleast 2 weeks in advance and had turned me down, or they just wasn't really interested in specialized small orders. I reached out to balloon creations on Facebook msger. And within an appropriate time, a response was made. I posted a picture of what I wanted and they went straight to work to see what they could offer me equivalent to what I wanted. Communication was excellent and also the customer service. I wanted a certain heart balloon, and it wasn't available at the time.so they offered something of equal value and balance. When everything was finalized. They still continued to look for the balloon I specifically wanted. They delivered to the hotel I stayed at so I didn't have to deal with the hassle of having balloons shoved in my car and in my face while I was driving. He sent me a picture of the balloons, and because Tony and his team did such a great job.. I wanted to meet him and thank him in person. The balloons I had in mind turned out pretty much exactly what I wanted. It was a great piece of work they did. And the price was reasonable for all the work they did. I would definitely do business with them in the future. read more

Balloon Creations did our balloon decorations for my kids' birthdays three times already. Their customer service was great and they're just as great in person. There was a lot of communication with them when it came to the design, and they were able to bring my ideas/themes to life. They exceeded my expectations each time. We did a wall the first time. Two columns the second time. And the third time we went all out and got the deluxe package with an upgrade to the organic arch for my daughter's 1st birthday. We were able to decorate different parts of the hall with that package and it was perfect! read more

They don't answer their phone and only communicate via email, which makes planning time consuming and difficult. They said to send inspiration photos and that they'd send a few mock designs. After sending photos and a clear explanation of what I wanted, 3 days passed with no response. As the date of my event was getting closer I sent an email to follow up. I got an email immediately with one design, that was not the nicest but fitting with the colors that I asked for. It definitely looked rushed and careless. I then asked for a few changes and if they had any other designs that would match the theme of our event. They sent a few designs that they felt would "look very cute" with our design. The designs and colors were completely unrelated to anything I've sent them. The theme of our event and what I asked for had been completely disregarded. I just didn't feel comfortable with the way the design would turn out. I ended up finding another balloon company at the last minute who got back to me quickly. She really took the time to talk with me and understand the vision that I had. I had full trust in paying hundreds of dollars for a balloon garland. Details like this are what makes an event, I'm so thankful that I was able to find someone else who really cared. read more

I am forever grateful for this small business company.. They made my daughters first birthday special. I knew Tiana from back then and luckily enough I came across her page off Facebook. I had the pleasure of meeting her husband Tony. From inquiring about the services they were very professional and very communicative. I planned about two months ahead. Being that my daughter's birthday is in June and knowing that's a busy month especially when it comes to graduation season, I wanted to make sure I was prepared. Luckily enough the date I reserved for was open. Any theme you want, they can make it happen and will customize to your liking. They communicated thoroughly and always gave suggestions and send mock ups of designs which were very help especially to those that are more of a visual type of person. I highly recommend purchasing the packages they offer. The price for the outstanding job they do and offer is very reasonable. I've inquired with other balloon companies but nothing beats and is comparable to them. They also set up and break down for you and are very professional. I will definitely choose them again for my future party celebrations. read more

I am so thankful and happy that I had chosen balloon creations hawaii to do my daughter's balloon arch and other balloons for her drive by birthday. They made it perfect and made a regular house party look better. They arrived on time like they said they would and even allowed me to change the time to have it broken down to a later time. I definitely highly recommend going to them for your balloon decorations for a party. They allowed me to combine two different styles that I wanted and couldn't choose between and they managed to design to have both in it. They were easy to get a hold of and responded quickly to answer any questions since day 1 from when I contacted them regarding quotes and designs. read more

I'm really happy i had found balloon creations...after calling all these other balloon places i was pretty much over it..some weren't available on my party date (understandable) and some couldn't do what i asked from them or maybe i should say didn't want to do, and one wasn't accommodating... ...i found a balloon person who wanted me to pick up my own balloon garland and assemble it myself, really wanted to support her with her son being autistic and such but she was not accommodating at all especially with delivery, i mean who has a car big enough to transport a balloon garland, number bouquet, and name display...on top of bringing other things for the party...then wanted me to assemble it myself (mind you i have no experience putting balloon garlands together, so what takes them 5 min would probably take me over 10min to do) on top of that, she wanted to charge me almost the same price as Tony ...i wanted someone who could deliver and assemble it, one less thing for me to worry about on my party day.... super glad those people didn't work out because working with Tony was fantastic!!!!! I'm really happy the way the balloons came out, how prompt he was the morning of the party and he even helped me incorporate cherry blossom vines into the balloons AND help me set up my background display! He did an awesome job setting everything up and fast. Awesome job! :) read more

Tony and Tiani are outstanding! We ordered a large balloon arch for our awards ceremony and the kids had a blast driving under it and taking photos! Set up was so quick and the arch was perfect. It was such a windy day and one point the arch detached. But they quickly came back to secure it and even stayed until we were done to make sure it wouldn't get loose again. Service was so above and beyond! Would absolutely recommend them for any event. read more

I live in the mainland and wasn't able to visit family in Hawaii for Thanksgiving due to the pandemic so I decided to send some balloons their way to share some holiday spirit. I reached out to Balloon Creations Hawaii via Instagram (IG) a week in advance and submitted my order request through IG Messenger using one of their IG photos as an example of what I wanted. I ordered two orchid balloon arrangements and requested a turkey as well (The turkey was my favorite). They had a variety of colors for the orchids and sent some visual samples for me to choose from. After we sorted out the details they emailed me an invoice where I was able to submit my payment via PayPal. The terms and conditions on the invoice were very clear and the payment process was simple. On delivery day they notified me of their ETA, which was perfect because I got to video chat with my mom during that time and watch her initial reaction. The balloons were so much more than I expected and I was so glad I got to see it in real time even through video chat. I also appreciated how Tony and Tiani practiced guidelines regarding Covid-19, such as wearing masks, during their delivery time. I highly recommend this local business for their quality balloon creations and their honest and kind customer service that put your best interest at heart. read more

From other reviews and the pictures, I'm sure Balloon Creations does great work, however, my experience with their customer service was not ideal. I contacted them on Wed, 12/1 to inquire about decor for my birthday party on Mon, 12/6. I sent a request via their website and received an email stating they are "currently available to help with a balloon installation on Mon, 12/6". I responded to the email giving them pictures and ideas for the decor, but no response. I tried calling and got their voicemail message instructing to contact them via email. So I sent another email and received the same response that they are "currently available to help with a balloon installation on Mon, 12/6". However, I never got to speak to anyone about the details. I called and left a voicemail the following day and sent another email on Friday requesting for someone to call me. By Saturday, I haven't heard anything, so I sent another email and left another voicemail. Finally by Saturday afternoon, I received a text from them saying they will contact me later that evening to follow up with my event. They said they would double check with their vendors to do a rush order for the decor. At this point, it still sounded like they were going to fulfill my request. I didn't receive any further communication until the next morning on Sunday - 1 day before my event - that they are not able to fulfill any orders at the moment!! :( They said they have a 2 week advance notice to order materials. Although I understand this rule, why didn't they tell me this on Wed, Dec 1, so I have enough time to find another vendor?? They basically left me scrambling to figure out another solution 1 day before my event instead of letting me know right away they can't fulfill the request to give me 5 days to prepare for something else. I sent them an email letting them know this was poor customer service and that I would have hired them for future events, but now I will look for other vendors. So if you decide to go with this vendor, be sure to book them with a 2 week advance notice and be aware they may not respond within the 5 hour timeframe listed on their Yelp page. read more
