Setting up for us, tying on balloon clusters, explaining what works best for life of balloons, and even brought an extra one in case the heat wasn't kind. They don't usually take walk in customers because I think you just order online or make an appointment. But we didn't know and she was very accommodating to us still. We ordered it for the following Saturday and on that Saturday it was delivered early. It was fine. My daughter loved the balloons. You can order balloon clusters or giant arches in any color and they'll put everything together for you. I HATE blowing up balloons so this is a big deal for me! I had to call to actually order even though I got the pricing and everything via email, and I had to reiterate what I wanted. Not sure why they didn't already have a file for me especially when I said that I was going with it via email. Plus the pricing via email was slightly different than the phone/actual price. They also did not drop off at the time requested. Recently we had a large corporate event at the Ice Palace. (Ice Palace does not do balloon arches.) We ordered an American Flag balloon arch for the main entrance to the ice rink.
