Terrible service. Quoted me an hourly rate that seemed great, but once the move started I realized quickly it was going to be a disaster. The crew leader only came off the truck 3 times the entire day once when they arrived, another half way through the loading, and finally when they finished to collect his payment. They claim to be professionals but only one member had a uniform, and all where wearing athletic attire, not uniforms. They did not have enough blankets and most of the ones they had were old uhaul blankets that we could smell from outside of the trucks. The blankets made our couch smell so bad we had to have it cleaned. Several items were damaged beyond repair as a result to improper loading off the truck, and running out of blankets. After all that I was hit with several additional fees that were never previously mentioned. The bill was several hundreds more the what I was led to believe. I would highly advise you to avoid these movers. Worst experience of my life! read more
