Other…read morechains have follwed where No Frills started with no bags; thankfully they have not followed suit with the pay-as-you-go baskets! Like other grocery chains, they've got some good prices and some less than good. It's the same everywhere: "Buyer Beware"! So, know your prices before you go shopping. This chain adds to the competitiveness of the business. It's healthy for the market! :-) Keeps the competition in check.

Yes they're salty, and yes they are peanuts... but that makes them more affordable than, say, cashews! This time, we purchased 3 small bags of different flavours; one was chip nuts (peanuts with coating) with a dill flavouring; the cheese chip nuts (awesome!); and garlic flavoured cocktail peanuts. These are a great treat, and make an interesting souvenir from Woodstock! I will definitely be back!

She asked how many people and what meal I was serving. I saw some bacon wrapped steaks in the flyer that was on the counter and she told me who to prepare them. I purchased them and was a bit hesitant, wondering if they would taste any good from frozen, but they were surprisingly delicious. I will go back to try more of their meals, as I saw others that looked good, and didn't realize how easy they were to prepare.

We were treated by a woman who seemed very put out by us bothering her while she continued to eat her sandwich and speak to us with gross mouthfuls. Not only was she I'll mannered but her customer service skills were awful! My husband and I were so angry, we stormed out. She was rude, arrogant, and 30 years ago, would've been fired! I will never go there again for anything , even though I live in the country and that's closest.

They want 40 cents for a cheap bag that advertises the store. That or they push your purchases across the counter at you. That's 45 cents, with tax, for something that must cost them less than 5 cents. Got a lecture from the kid about the environment, no extra charge! I was caring for the environment when his mommy was using 'disposable' diapers on him. They're still in a landfill somewhere. And so should this store be. Later learned that this store has been losing customers to an independent on the west side of town at the rate of several per day. That's where I'll go next time. Shame on you, Galen Weston.
