Unique look with the white stitching, not so boxy design and it came with two little stools that would be stored in the armrest 3. Had a chaise Plus it had a matching ottoman with storage and can turn into a bed. We loved it. But of course we had questions. And, it's like the furniture gods heard our prayer and sent us Derek. He saw us looking around and stopped by us to see how we were doing and if we had questions. He was able to answer all of our questions and helped us with the transaction. When learning that we were in the process of buying a place, he helped us to figure out the timing of when we would receive couch as well as the payment options available. What was cool about this company, is that they charge the flat rate of 99 dollars delivery fee only one time, even if you wanna have seperate deliveries. So let's say you have two deliveries scheduled one for in-stock items and another one for backorder item. If you have decided to buy something else again, you can have the added item delivered for free as long as the backorder delivery hasn't been completed. The delivery staffs were on time, very curteous and quick with their work too. What I didn't like was the sales pweson never explained about the charge added on our bill automatically. It was home installation of 30 dollars. It is only 30 dollars for all the furniture so I think it is totally worth it, but I didn't like the fact he didn't explain. Felt like those hidden charges you see on many things. Overall, I am very happy with their products and will probably use them again in case I need more furniture.

This is only a place to pick up your products that you bought from Inspiration, don't make the mistake like I did, thinking this was a place to buy furniture LOL! They have such great customer service is amazing! I called a few days before my pick-up date and ask when they will have it in (just to be sure) and they were super friendly and helpful. They said that it would be available for pick-up in the afternoon. So when the day arrived, I waited patiently for a phone call, and right at 12pm they call saying that my pick-up is ready! My dad and I went around 1pm, and there it was ready for us, it only took less then 10minutes to load the furniture! and truly a satisfying experience!

I saved even more money like $160 on the delivery by picking it up from their warehouse which is located across the Salt Lake Target.
