My own therapist was chewing a throat lozenge during the massage and even dropped it on me. I was charged for a deep tissue massage even though the therapist confirmed she performed a Swedish massage. We were forced to overtip because the front desk didn't have change. This was our second bad experience here, last time the tech scrubbed so hard we left bleeding. She laid on the table and was given a horrible massage it was a woman that gave a weak massage (which is why we asked for Leo). I called to tell them we want to get a credit. Alice said they will definitely refund our money. I said that wasn't necessary as we go there often - just a credit for a new massage. She said she will do that. If she does take care of this we will change this review to 4 stars as that is the proper response to this. We love both AA and Bamboo creek but sometimes the massage is a bit of a "miss" and we want to help them improve to be better. Hopeful!
