I was charged for a deep tissue massage even though the therapist confirmed she performed a Swedish massage. We were forced to overtip because the front desk didn't have change. This was our second bad experience here, last time the tech scrubbed so hard we left bleeding. When I finally had a chance to stop by I was face with disregard, then I finally called since I didn't hear from the owner about a month later, I was told they had been discarded. Unfortunately, there was no notice given, and the conversation felt more argumentative than understanding. These sunglasses were sentimental to me, and while I understand that businesses may have policies, I was disappointed by the lack of care and communication around a client's personal belongings. This experience affected my trust and overall impression of customer care. A month is not enough to trow customer belongings away without calling them first and assuring that they'll stop by to pick them up and assume that they'll just be forgotten. This is not so much about the sentimental value of the sunglasses but about being respected and treated with dignity. I hate to have to leave a bad review for them as is sometimes I almost never like to do but given her mannerism and demeanor I cat let this happen to another person and to our community.

This was THE BEST MASSAGE I had experienced in all year. First of all, the heated adjustable massage chair/bed thing was amazing. I had never felt so comfortable and supported, and was happy to not have to lie flat with my face squished into a hole. I was amazed how professional and knowledgeable Angela was. She seemed to do very little to my body to dissolve away the tensions and pains. Most masseurs use repetition - over and over again on a tense spot. By contrast, Angela seemed to know precisely what to do so she only had to do it once or twice. At the end of the hour I felt like a new person, and she also offered some helpful stretching advice.
