They are very knowledgeable, and the quality of their work is very commendable. They make suggestions to make our lives less complicated. We totally appreciate their quick response to our problems, and we never have to call them back for a redo. The most recent job was to repair a leaking bathroom faucet. Daniel checked the adjoining faucet and found it defective as well. So to prevent another visit and save us additional $$, he fixed it while he was at the site. Thank you, Daniel, for your prompt attention to this matter. And thank you, George Plumbing, for providing us with a quick response and knowledgeable technicians when needed.

Do NOT use this company!!! they hire technicians that don't listen, don't know what they are doing…read more They attempt to sell you parts you don't need. Front desk guy Tyler refused to send me photos of what I asked for, wouldn't put me through to the manager when i was gouged $750 for parts I didn't need. I spelled out my email address and Tyler claimed he didn't have it. He wouldn't put the manager Dave on the phone when I called back multiple times and asked for decent help on account of them being awful to me on the phone. He is absolutely not in charge and shouldn't be speaking to me the way he was at all!!! I experienced Tyler being completely sexist and extremely rude. I need to get the financial mistake reversed. This isn't acceptable whatsoever and should not be tolerated under any circumstance. I was talked over, denied and ignored by the receptionist Tyler, multiple times. Again, I needed to speak to his superior DAVE and he was acting like a complete jerk to me. NO apologies, no compensations, no transfering of the phone to the MANAGER of which he was not.
