Front desk guy Tyler refused to send me photos of what I asked for, wouldn't put me through to the manager when i was gouged $750 for parts I didn't need. I spelled out my email address and Tyler claimed he didn't have it. He wouldn't put the manager Dave on the phone when I called back multiple times and asked for decent help on account of them being awful to me on the phone. He is absolutely not in charge and shouldn't be speaking to me the way he was at all!!! I experienced Tyler being completely sexist and extremely rude. I need to get the financial mistake reversed.
