They were super friendly and explained everything to you before you got in. Each tank room is inside a private room that has a shower and the tank- very private and spacious. You can even adjust the color of the room lights for ambiance. A few tips that weren't mentioned on their website: 1. Don't touch your eyes or splash the water in them! The water is incredibly salty and it'll burn. 2. You'll be showering afterward, so if you're going somewhere else, bring your hair brush, make up, deodorant, etc. They provide shampoo, soap, and conditioner, but you may want your own. 3. It might seem claustrophobic but it's not at all. You can feel the walls of the tank if you stretch your arms out, and you can leave the door open a crack for some light (otherwise it's pitch black). 4. Use the Vaseline if you have even the slightest cut anywhere- it'll burn! I put it on my hands because my skin is so dry and it still burned a little at first. 5. You're not trapped in the tank. If you need to get out, you can! There's no bathroom in your room, it's down the hall so go beforehand, but you can get out for whatever you need. I would definitely return! It was a really unique experience.

The third time I booked, was a charm, we floated! This was my first float so I was excited to try it. I enjoyed the experience of floating, after a while, I was able to get into a meditative state. Yay, relaxation. The Flo (the business) could use a little tlc - some small attention to detail would go a long way. Some examples: we were instructed to put in ear plugs for the float, my room was out. We were instructed to shower before, my shower was out of body wash and so low on shampoo and conditioner, none came out when I pressed the button. We were provided one towel that was thin and looked like it had been used (super wrinkly). The floor was covered in salt stains and no mats were provided so the floor was slippery and wet and hard to really dry your feet before getting clothed. I know, I know, wrinkled towels don't really make or break a float but it did make me wonder how well the tanks are maintained for cleanliness if such little attention is given to smaller obvious concerns. I found myself worrying about the cleanliness of the tanks while I was floating and that interrupted my "flow". We all know that "ahhh" relaxing and comforting feeling of walking into a spotless, comfortable space and that's what is missing at the Flo and why I will float again but at a difference spa.

We took him to BFLO for an immune boosting IV and everyone was so wonderfully compassionate. They put us in a private room in case he was still contagious and explained everything to him (IV fluids with vitamins like B, C, zinc etc). His body sucked down the IV in record time and they then gave him a shot of vitamins. He was already starting to look healthier by the time we left, his eyes were clearer and his skin didn't look so drawn. By the next morning he was feeling much better and he continued to improve every day since. It was like the IV gave his body the boost it needed to fight back. It's not cheap, but the staff is professional and they know their stuff when it comes to these blends, what's more it really worked!

They were receptive and attentive to my requests. I booked a 60 minute private sound healing session, followed by 90 minutes of reiki. Upon entering the building, I was greeted by very kind staff members. I filled out a small amount of paperwork. I then went back with Lynn for my sound healing. Lynn was a very very nice person and I look forward to doing sound healing with her again in the future. The room was nice and peaceful and relaxing. The bed warms up if you like. She has 3 different size knee support pillows for your comfort. She has eye masks to wear. She was blankets, including weighted ones. She asks permission to do things that require touch. It's up to you. After you're done, she will tell you her findings (such as what chakra is blocked). She then led me to a tea station to have some water or tea if I like while I waited for reiki. You can have one bag of tea and they had quite an assortment and lists if they're caffeine free or how much caffeine it contains. Denise then came to grab me for my reiki session. She is a reiki master. She was also very kind. We talked a bit before getting started about me and about what she does. My session was incredible. I felt a bit emotional during the sound bath but I felt it very strongly here. I wasn't expecting it but it was good for me and a safe space to experience that. I was also drifting into sleep and not having a loud mind which is not usual for me. It was amazing. In the beginning and end she goes over what chakras are blocked and/or open. She will tell you what she saw or felt during it. And she will let you do an oracle pull. Denise also helped me with some questions I had in the gift shop. Oh. And someone else in the gift shop was super friendly too ... just didn't know their name or I can't recall it. And the gift shop itself is great. Tons of crystals, some jewelry, gummies, oils, skin care, tea, buffalo bills themed stuff, etc. I would go here weekly if I could but my budget will not allow it; I plan to go as much as I can though as it really helped me and was such a safe and welcoming space! We did the salt cave which is 45 minutes of meditation as you relax and smell the salts and take in the good vibes. And we did the hand and foot salts where you place your hand and feet on salt blocks and let the heat and salts absorb into your skin. As we waited there was a store with a ton of minerals, CBD, drinks, towels, gifts etc for you to buy. Parking is plentiful. We came on a Sunday morning at 11am and we did a walk in. After having knee surgery and my rehab recovery hitting a wall, I started coming here for an extra boost in recovery. I love the contrast therapy and have gotten used to the cycles with cold plunging so it isn't as intense as I thought it would be. The space itself is absolutely stunning. The private rooms are all gorgeous and it is nice to have your own space to really find your peace and zen while you sit in the tub or sauna. Everything is modern and cozy here too which is a nice plus. The staff has been great. So friendly and willing to answer any questions that you have. They always have plans and deals to sign up for too which is nice, especially lately. Overall, this is a really cool concept and the facility is great. I would tell everyone to give it a try at least once. I know I'm going back weekly at this point.
