The saunas at Lumos are an absolutely rejuvenating experience! Tonight was my first experience and I have a feeling I'll soon become a regular! Upon entry, staff greeted me with genuine smiles, I was asked to remove my shoes and then walked to my own private room where they were incredibly helpful explaining how to use the sauna, adjust lighting selections, use the optional infrared lighting and how to connect my cell phone so that I could listen to music or watch a movie while using the sauna. The facility has a clean, simplistic, modern vibe. Each sauna is equipped with everything you need for a perfect retreat (towels, sunglasses, lavender essential oil scented face towel, a timer). I opted for the infrared sauna, and it was heavenly, just what I needed today! I appreciate their focus on wellness and I'm looking forward to trying out their cold plunge next time. Whether you're looking to detox, enhance your overall wellness, or simply to escape the hustle and bustle for 30-50 minutes, Lumos has some great options, I highly recommend them to anyone in need of some self-care.

Although I'd heard about the concept, this was our first time doing something like this. I tried one of the berry probiotic waters, and needed a tutorial on how to add the cultures, but it was delicious. The customer service was excellent. They explained the process, how everything worked and the benefits, very well. Somehow the polarizing opposite nature of freezing cold vs toasty, worked some how. I'm writing this now 2 hours after our experience and I'm still feeling refreshed. I can't lie, the cold plunge is very Titantic inducing. I felt like I went through thoughts of perhaps I'd die, to wow-I can do this, to yikes I'm actually freezing to death, to hummm it's kinda warm now. Each 2 minute trip in the plunge I stayed a little longer and got deeper and deeper until I was in the recommended fully immersed position from my toes, legs, arms, hands, and base of my head. The Sauna was a very nice contrast. We hooked up our phone and played jazz. Chose our color and just RELAXED!!! Overall, it was an exhilarating 50 minutes! I felt energized afterwards in a way I can't quite put my finger on, but it's positive. I'd definitely do it again.

An absolutely amazing experience!!! Open walking we were instantly greated, and felt very welcomed. Very clam and peaceful vibes . We had the opportunity to experience the Infrared sauna and cold plunge . Now I'm not going to sugar coat it, the cold plunge is definitely an experience, that takes a lot of brain power, but we'll worth it. You have so many light therapy options, a phone box to allow you to listen to your choice of music. Finish with a cool essential oil towel. Towels, sunglasses, robes are all provided. You get your own private rooms. Everything was very fresh, clean and welcoming. I felt amazing after !!! I was told we would get some good rest tonight also. Definitely returning very soon . The also have amazing deals on sessions going on till the 17th. So head to their website and book today. Thank me later .

I was so impressed with this place. When I pulled up and saw the address was in strip mall I had concerns but they were unfounded. Stepping inside is like finding an oasis in suburbia. Everything is top tier, the facility is new, clean, and state of the art. I LOVED the privacy of the individual rooms. They took this place above and beyond what other spas offer. My wife and I did the contract therapy and the owner, Rachel was fantastic about explaining everything to us from the procedure to the science behind it. It is so clear they she loves what she's bringing to this community and it made me excited to try it. I also felt completely confident after her instructions. Once we learned the ropes we did the cold plunge, and I admit I could barely stand it. It was so cold I cried a little bit involuntarily, but since I now understood the science I stuck it out and I'm glad I did. My skin looked and felt better in just two minutes and when I got out I was already feeling invigorated. We then did the sauna with the red light tower which felt nice and relaxing after the cold. When we got over heated they provided cool hand towels dabbed in lavender and eucalyptus which felt divine before getting a little more sauna time in. Finally, we wrapped up with another cold plunge. After being in the sauna it was a lot easier to handle this time (though still cold). I was truly impressed with the changes I noticed in my body and mind by the time we left. I cannot say enough good things about this experience and this business.

The owner was so knowledgeable about the contrast therapy that she put our mind at ease about taking the cold plunge. The sauna was a welcome recovery from the cold. The place is clean and the staff are all very friendly. This is a place I will be visiting again!

The sauna in the room. So amazing!!

This was an amazing place to go. I had never done and a friend of mine and I went. It was wonderful. They have a beautiful space, the saunas are super clean and cozy. She and I were in our own private 2 person sauna. The benefits of infrared sauna are amazing and we sweat it out!! Make sure you have water as we took a water break a couple times, we turned on the red light therapy also and felt great afterwards! The staff is amazing!!!!: They explain everything very well and were sooooo friendly!!!!! This was a great way to spend a girls day. We are definitely gonna go back. And I suggest that you go and check it out as well. You won't be sorry.

So relaxing. The staff was very welcoming and so incredibly friendly. The visit was accommodating, and informative. (Also to note while we did not utilize it they do page a handicap accessible room/ larger sauna- we love inclusivity!) From start to finish you know exactly what to expect, how to use each item, and how to make the most of your visit. My husband and I did the cold plunge and sauna contrast therapy combo and it did not disappoint! Also loved the red light therapy option in there and all the Informative cards. Everything was clean and organized. We cannot wait to return!

First up was the salt cave experience , which I found relaxing and rejuvenating (once I figured out how to recline my chair ) . Next was the hand and foot detox - you put your hands and feet on these heated Salt lights and just sit back and relax . The hands felt good , but my feet got way too hot and it actually burned. Only after the session did I find out that I was able to adjust the temperature (they should have let us know that ahead of time ) . Overall , in addition to a chair massage I purchased for $1 a minute, (from another vendor that attended the event ) I had a relaxing evening to treat myself .

The service I receive is always great and I feel welcome when I am inside the business. I also enjoy the gift shop with a whole bunch of unique finds. The salt cave has lots of services which they offer and I'm always looking for a new way to relax. I have even had multiple girls days where we have done the sauna and the foot/hand detox. My mom and me also went for our teeth whitening. I think it's awesome they offer the salt cave for a whole family experience. They welcome my whole family the kids and all ages my youngest is 1 and oldest is 6. They had toys for the kids to play in the salt with and they had so much fun. Not to mention all the benefits they received while not even noticing it at all!! I do highly recommend this salt cave and the experiences they offer.

They were receptive and attentive to my requests. I booked a 60 minute private sound healing session, followed by 90 minutes of reiki. Upon entering the building, I was greeted by very kind staff members. I filled out a small amount of paperwork. I then went back with Lynn for my sound healing. Lynn was a very very nice person and I look forward to doing sound healing with her again in the future. The room was nice and peaceful and relaxing. The bed warms up if you like. She has 3 different size knee support pillows for your comfort. She has eye masks to wear. She was blankets, including weighted ones. She asks permission to do things that require touch. It's up to you. After you're done, she will tell you her findings (such as what chakra is blocked). She then led me to a tea station to have some water or tea if I like while I waited for reiki. You can have one bag of tea and they had quite an assortment and lists if they're caffeine free or how much caffeine it contains. Denise then came to grab me for my reiki session. She is a reiki master. She was also very kind. We talked a bit before getting started about me and about what she does. My session was incredible. I felt a bit emotional during the sound bath but I felt it very strongly here. I wasn't expecting it but it was good for me and a safe space to experience that. I was also drifting into sleep and not having a loud mind which is not usual for me. It was amazing. In the beginning and end she goes over what chakras are blocked and/or open. She will tell you what she saw or felt during it. And she will let you do an oracle pull. Denise also helped me with some questions I had in the gift shop. Oh. And someone else in the gift shop was super friendly too ... just didn't know their name or I can't recall it. And the gift shop itself is great. Tons of crystals, some jewelry, gummies, oils, skin care, tea, buffalo bills themed stuff, etc. I would go here weekly if I could but my budget will not allow it; I plan to go as much as I can though as it really helped me and was such a safe and welcoming space! I highly recommend coming here if you've been curious :) I'll be back next month!

As we waited there was a store with a ton of minerals, CBD, drinks, towels, gifts etc for you to buy. Parking is plentiful. We came on a Sunday morning at 11am and we did a walk in. They prefer reservations FYI.
