The third time I booked, was a charm, we floated! This was my first float so I was excited to try it. I enjoyed the experience of floating, after a while, I was able to get into a meditative state. Yay, relaxation. The Flo (the business) could use a little tlc - some small attention to detail would go a long way. Some examples: we were instructed to put in ear plugs for the float, my room was out. We were instructed to shower before, my shower was out of body wash and so low on shampoo and conditioner, none came out when I pressed the button. We were provided one towel that was thin and looked like it had been used (super wrinkly). The floor was covered in salt stains and no mats were provided so the floor was slippery and wet and hard to really dry your feet before getting clothed. I know, I know, wrinkled towels don't really make or break a float but it did make me wonder how well the tanks are maintained for cleanliness if such little attention is given to smaller obvious concerns. I found myself worrying about the cleanliness of the tanks while I was floating and that interrupted my "flow". We all know that "ahhh" relaxing and comforting feeling of walking into a spotless, comfortable space and that's what is missing at the Flo and why I will float again but at a difference spa.

I stood around for a while waiting to see an employee. No luck. I tried opening the door again. Nope. Definitely locked. So I walked around for a while to see if maybe an employee was in the restroom. I gave it time, returned, and the door was still locked. I called the shop. No one answered. I left a message asking to reschedule. No one ever returned my call. I've floated here multiple times in the past and always enjoyed my experience, but this left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be returning or recommending this business any longer.

MY EXPERIENCE W/ CHRISTINA-----After reading the reviews on Yelp about Christina and speaking with her on the phone, I immediately took a liking to her. She is very sweet, she took her time explaining everything about the process and answered all of my questions. I had a good feeling about her, so I made the appointment. THE BIG DAY!!! I wasn't nervous or anything, just cause I kinda knew what to expect from the whole colonic experience. I got to the office, met Christina and needless to say, she was a delight. Very gentle, professional and full of knowledge. She made me feel comfortable from beginning to end. The place is great! It's super clean, smells AMAZING!!! They have some of the best candles I've ever smelled. A+++ for atmosphere and cleanliness. Throughout the entire procedure, Christina explained it all. She took her time with me and asked how I was feeling to make sure all was good. I was pleasantly surprised at how well I did, considering the last colonic I had AT A DIFFERENT PLACE, didn't provide the same results. The results I had with Christina for the 1st time, was what I had at the other place on my 3rd-4th colonic. Needless to say, it can only get better! :) After my session was over, Christina wrote down a list of things to get that would help me go more often and would be an overall health benefit. She even wrote down a few different brands depending on my budget, which I thought was so nice. "Christina really knows her shit". I had a wonderful experience with Christina and will highly recommend her to all my friends and family.

The massages weren't bad, but I was left with a sense of something profoundly amiss and my fault. For which I am grateful and through which I am recovering.

Twelve stars -- I cannot say enough good things about this place!!…read more I have been seeing Dr. Hannah Yorks for chiropractic care since the beginning of 2021 - before, during, and after a pregnancy. She is the perfect mix of professional and fun; I love the conversations we have while I'm in the office, and she makes sure that I'm feeling better than I came in every time I walk out the door. My son had colic when he was a newborn, and Dr. Juliana Marciniak provided him the relief he needed. His father has routine sessions with Dr. Marciniak and has had great things to say about her as well. I love that our whole family is able to get the relief we need from the same place! Emily Jarnot has been my go-to for massage therapy since 2021, and I highly recommend her to anyone I get the chance to. She is truly passionate about her work, and it shows. She is highly intuitive, and I have been very satisfied with all of the reiki sessions I've had with her! I also enjoyed my massage and craniosacral massage sessions with Christopher Gilbert. He is very skilled in what he does, and I appreciate his techniques. The front desk staff is very friendly, and the entire place is comfortable and welcoming. Regular visits keep my migraines away. Easy five stars. The only thing I don't like is that the very small parking lot is a bit tight, but there is street parking available around the corner if you have a large vehicle or don't do well in tight spaces. (they have a sign up at the door not to park in the restaurant lot next door - I've never actually seen vehicles in the lot next door so I don't know why the restaurant is picky about it, but I appreciate the heads up!)

From the all season decor tree to the lovely coffee station, the space goes above and beyond to shift from office to energetic haven. Everything is clean and comfortable, the bathroom has extra care and amenities, and the individual rooms are as lovely and well thought out as the main room. This is clearly a small business run by someone who puts their heart into their work. My current favorite service is the sound baths. There are group sound baths every two weeks and then I also have a package for individual sessions. I love that the packages can be used with any service of the length that you buy, so I don't have to commit to which services I'm doing at the time I buy the package, just the length of the sessions. Everything is always so easy and every staff member I've interfaced with has been delightful. Overall, I couldn't give a more enthusiastic review.
